• On 9/17/2026, Jennifer L Button (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Button was allegedly located at a residence on Summit St, in violation of an order of protection. She was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 9/22/2026, Samuel J Hernandez (age 24) was arrested on two bench warrants, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Hernandez was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 9/20/2026, Devon W Blackshear (age 27) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Blackshear allegedly shoved another person, during a domestic incident on Franklin St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 9/7/2026, Andrew C Webster (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

The arrest stems from an incident on Hutchins St, where a child was found walking in the street. Webster was supposed to be watching the child, but was allegedly playing video games and failed to supervise the child. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 9/15/2026, Kelly C Horton (age 55), Carrie A Stewart (age 46) and Renee L Coughlin (age 36) where all charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

All three were charged following a traffic stop on Ellicott St, where they were allegedly found in possession of narcotics. They were each issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 9/16/2026, George N Jeffries (age 37) of Batavia, was charged with Menacing 3^rd, Exposure of a Person and Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Jeffries shoved a person and exposed his genitals to two other people, during an altercation on East Main St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
