- On 9/17/2024, Patrick O Spikes (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd and Menacing 2nd.
It’s alleged that Spikes brandished a knife, during an altercation with another person. Spikes was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held without bail. He is due back in court, at a later date.
- On 9/16/2024, Michael A Sweet (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2nd.
It’s alleged that Sweet grabbed another person and dragged them, during an altercation on Raymond Ave. He was also arrested on a warrant, for Harassment 2nd in relation to a separate incident, with the same victim. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
- On 9/17/2024, Jerry Smith Jr (age 49), was arrested for Harassment 2nd.
Smith allegedly shoved another person, during an altercation on S Swan St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 10/1/2024.
- On 9/16/2024, Kristen L Kocent (age 36) of Batavia, was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
It’s alleged that on 10/13/2023, Kocent was located operating a vehicle, while impaired by narcotics. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in court, on 10/8/2024.
- On 9/17/2024, Rachel A Baer (age 37) of LeRoy, was arrested on a Bench Warrant.
Baer was initially arrested in May for Petit Larceny. The warrant was issued, after she failed to appear in court. Baer was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.
- On 9/15/2024, Timothy J Niccloy (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant.
Niccloy was issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket on 6/4/2024. The warrant was issued, after he failed to appear in court. Niccloy was arraigned and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.
- On 9/15/2024, Daniel P Frey (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Theft of Service.
It’s alleged that Frey failed to pay for his meal at Tully’s. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 9/24/2024.
