• On 9/9/2025, Anthony A Bomasuto (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd and Aggravated Family Offense.

Bomasuto was arrested after allegedly being found with a person, who has an order of protection against him. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 9/16/2025, Ayden J Mistretta (age 18) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Mistretta allegedly struck another person in the face, during an altercation on East Main St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9/30/2025.

• On 9/16/2025, Sarah A Malone (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Malone failed to pay for food from a restaurant on East Main St. Malone then allegedly fought with police and attempted to flee, when officers attempted to take her into custody. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9/23/2025.

• On 9/14/2025, Tyler A Stoddard (age 30) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Stoddard was charged after allegedly having contact with a person who has an order of protection against him. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9/30/2025.

• On 9/10/2025, Elizabeth M Grattan (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Grattan allegedly stole prescription medication from another person. Grattan was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 9/12/2025, Joseph W Freeman (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant.

The warrant was issued after Freeman failed to appear in court on a Trespass charge. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 9/9/2025, Jason W Alexander (age 46) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny, Harassment 2^nd, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Alexander allegedly stole items from Family Dollar and damaged or destroyed the items. Alexander allegedly fought with police and kicked and spit on them, while they were taking him into custody. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9/23/2025.

• On 9/8/2025, Tyler C McMurray (age 41) of Jamestown, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

McMurray was charged following a traffic stop on Verona Ave, where he was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 9/12/2025, Glenn H Quintern (age 66) of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

Quintern was initially charged in June of 2025 with multiple charges related to an incident where he fled from police on an e-bike. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. Quintern was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 9/12/2025, Christopher A Burek (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Assault 3^rd and Criminal Mischief 4^th.

Burek allegedly caused injury to another person and damaged property, during an altercation on Otis St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
