• On 9/12/2026, Nathan S Bowes (age 41) of Attica, was arrested for felony DWI.

Bowes was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. Bowes was previously convicted of a DWI offense, within the last 10 years, which resulted in the felony DWI charge. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 9/15/2026, Timothy A Peck (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

It’s alleged that Peck failed to register an e-mail address, as he is required to do as a level 1 sex offender. Peck was released on an appearance ticket.

• On 9/16/2026, Louis S Szabo (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Szabo allegedly failed to appear in court after previously being issued an appearance ticket. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 9/13/2026, Jared J Yoder (age 23) of Oswego, was arrested for DWI.

Yoder was charged following a traffic stop on Oak St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 9/12/2026, Jagger J Owens (age 21) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Owens was charged following a traffic stop on West Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 9/12/2026, Craig L Schrutt (age 73) of East Amherst, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Schrutt allegedly violated an order of protection, by calling the victim multiple times. Schrutt was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 9/12/2026, Tyler D Price (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

Price allegedly damaged another person’s vehicle. She was taken to the Genesee County Jail, to be arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 9/8/2026, Aiyana E Masterson (age 21) of Hemlock, NY and David M Hawk (age 41) of Batavia, were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Masterson and Hawk were allegedly found in possession of narcotics, during a traffic stop on South Main St. They were each issued an appearance ticket and released.
