Ramsey allegedly stole alcoholic beverages from Tops. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/3/2026, Jessica M Rivera (age 42) of Leroy, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Rivera allegedly shoved another person, during an altercation on State St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/1/2026, Trevon L Armstrong (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Armstrong allegedly stole a set of keys to a vehicle and refused to return them. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 7/30/2026, Taylor R Bess (age 24) of Lockport, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Bess allegedly sent threatening messages to another person on social media. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 7/26/2026, Brian K Ace Jr (age 36) of Wake Forest, NC, was arrested for DWI.

Ace was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 7/28/2026, Tyara J Davis (age 18) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Davis allegedly struck two people, during an altercation on Washington Ave. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 7/28/2026, Lisa M Austin (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Austin was allegedly found in possession of cocaine, during a traffic stop on Ellicott St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
