• On 7/27/2025, Zakara R Jackson (age 21) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th and Harassment 2^nd.

Jackson was charged after she allegedly was involved in a physical altercation, on Maple St, where she allegedly damaged property. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 7/28/2025, Lisa R Richmond (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

Richmond is alleged to have damaged a wooden fence, on Ellicott Ave. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 7/28/2025, Cameron J Sokolowski (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.

Sokolowski was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held on bail.

• On 7/29/2025, Ethan S Howe (age 21) of LeRoy, was arrested on an arrest warrant for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Howe was charged on 6/17/2025, when he attempted to run from police, who were investigating an incident on East Main St. The warrant was issued, when Howe failed to appear in court. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 7/27/2025, Kim M Mobley (age 62) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Mobley stole merchandise from Quicklee’s. Mobley was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for Petit Larceny. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 7/23/2025, Nashiem R Harris (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

The warrant stems from a traffic stop on 6/18/2025, when Harris was issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket. The warrant was issued, after Harris failed to appear in court. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 7/18/2025, Monica M Bailey (age 42) and Dennis J Calkins (age 45) both of Albion, were arrested on arrest warrants for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

The charges stem from a traffic stop on Liberty St on 9/26/2024, when Bailey and Calkins were allegedly found in possession of narcotics. They were arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 7/25/2025, Rachel A Baehr (age 38) of Piffard, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Baehr was initially charged on 5/30/2024, for Petit Larceny, after allegedly stealing a dog. The warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. Baehr was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 7/26/2025, Michael J Hilton (age 34) of Byron, was arrested on two warrants, both for Petit Larceny.

The first warrant stems from an incident on 2/26/2025, when Hilton allegedly stole merchandise from 7eleven. The second warrant is related to an incident on 6/17/2025, when he allegedly stole merchandise from Quicklee’s. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 7/25/2025, Jill M Turner (age 43) of Batavia, was charged with allowing her dog to run at large.

Turner was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court on 8/5/2025.
