• On 8/27/2025, Nathan T Stanton (age 21) of LeRoy, was arrested for Trespass and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Stanton allegedly refused to leave UMMC, after being discharged from the hospital. It’s also alleged that he obstructed police, when they attempted to take him into custody. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/26/2025, Gloria L Peckham (age 65) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Peckham was charged following an altercation where she allegedly spit on another person. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/23/2025, Stephen C Lopez (age 41) of Medina, was arrested for DWI and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd (Intent to Sell).

Police were on scene at an address on South Main St investigating a harassment complaint, where Lopez was the suspect. While speaking with the caller, Lopez arrived on scene in a vehicle. After an investigation, Lopez was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was also allegedly found in possession of a large quantity of narcotics. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 8/16/2025, Tierance J Davis (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Police were called to an address on Bank St for the report of a domestic incident. When Officers arrived on scene they found Davis holding the victim in a chokehold. Davis allegedly struggled with Police when the attempted to separate him from the victim. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 8/19/2025, Lisa R Richmond (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested on three arrest warrants.

The warrants were issued after Richmond failed to appear in court on three separate criminal matters. She was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 8/13/2025, Andrew J Draper (age 46) of Batavia, was arrested on two Bench Warrants.

The warrants were issued after Draper failed to appear in court on a Larceny charge and a DWI charge. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court.
