• On 8/12/2025, Lazaro A Alfonso (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Alfonso allegedly interfered with and fought with police, during an investigation into a domestic incident on North Spruce St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 8/19/2025.

• On 8/8/2025, Kyle W Nash (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Nash allegedly hit another person, during an altercation on Elm St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 8/19/2025.

• On 8/10/2025, Patrick J Gonzales (age 32) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Gonzales was charged after allegedly violating an order of protection. He was also charged with Harassment 2^nd for shoving another person, who was attempting to keep him away from the protected person. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
