• On 5/18/2025, Anthony A Bomasuto (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd and Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Bomasuto entered the victim’s residence, in violation of an order of protection. He was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 5/19/2025, Dominic J Dyer (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested for Assault 2^nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

It’s alleged that Dyer punched another person multiple times, in the presence of a child, during an altercation on Liberty St. Dyer was also charged with Strangulation 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd in relation to a separate incident on East Main St on 4/20/2025. Dyer allegedly strangled another person, during a fight in the parking lot of the Mobil gas station. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 5/19/2025, Lakeisha A Gibson (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st.

Gibson was charged after allegedly violating an order of protection. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 5/15/2025, Jadeyn R Goras (age 22) of Alabama, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd, Conspiracy 4^th, Criminal Mischief 4^th, and Criminal Facilitation 4^th.

Goras was charged in relation to a burglary on Hutchins St on 1/12/2025. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 5/27/2025, Meaghan A Conti (age 38) of Rochester, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Conti was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, while being arrested on an unrelated warrant. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under supervision.

• On 5/29/2025, Gary A Rhim (age 64) of Albion, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Rhim was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, during a traffic stop on 8/12/2024. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 5/31/2025, Elise C Maddox (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice.

Maddox was located on a traffic stop and taken into custody on a warrant out of Gwinnett County Georgia. She was arraigned and remanded to the Genesee County Jail, to await extradition.

• On 5/30/2025, Jacalyn J Klein (age 66) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

Klein was initially charged with Harassment 2^nd, after an incident on East Main St where she allegedly struck another person. The warrant was issued, after she failed to appear in court. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 5/27/2025, Willaim D Gamble, Nefetiria L Turner, Passiona C McConnell, and Anthony J Terry were all arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

The arrests come after an investigation into a fight on S Main St. All four individuals were issued an appearance and released.

• On 5/29/2025, Joey A Evans (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Evans threatened another person, during an altercation on Jackson St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/26/2025, Alicia M Lyons (age 45) of Batavia, was arrested for Trespass.

Lyons allegedly went onto the property of a business on Jackson St, where she had been previously trespassed. Lyons was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/23/2025, Justine D Wood (age 38) of Batavia and Austin A Heideman (age 27) of Batavia, were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Wood and Heideman were charged following a traffic stop on West Main St, where the were allegedly found in possession of narcotics. They were each issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/22/2025, Thomas J Claffey, Lisa R Richmond, and Carl T Amesbury were all arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Claffy, Richmond and Amesbury were charged following a traffic stop and K9 deployment on River St, where they were allegedly found in possession of narcotics. Richmond was additionally charged with Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd and Amesbury was additionally charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence. All three were issued appearance tickets and released.

• On 5/21/2025, Amanda M Garcia (age 30) of Brockport, was arrested for Driving while Ability Impaired by Drugs.

Garcia was charged after a traffic stop on East Main St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/20/2025, Dennis R Peters (age 68) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 2^nd.

Peters allegedly threatened another person with a metal pipe, during an argument on West Main St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 6/18/2025.

• On 5/18/2025, Brandon M Kirby (age 32) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

Kirby allegedly took a cell phone from the victim, in an attempt to prevent them from calling 911, during a domestic dispute. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 5/20/2025, Anthony G Cicoria (age 56) of Caledonia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Cicoria allegedly stole a cowboy hat, from the 7-eleven on East Main St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/13/2025, Brandon G Schlemmer (age 56) of East Concord, NY, was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice.

Schlemmer was taken into custody on a warrant out of Pennsylvania from Driving Under the Influence. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail, to await extradition.

• On 5/12/2025, Thomas J Claffey (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Claffey was allegedly found intoxicated and sleeping at the wheel of a vehicle. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court, on 5/27/2025.

• On 5/12/2025, Alicia M Lyons (age 45) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Lyons threatened another person, during an altercation on West Main St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/12/2025, Benjamin A Rachow (age 42) of East Bethany, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Rachow allegedly had contact with the protected party of an order of protection. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
