• On 6/16/2025, Gage R Wetmore (age 18) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd, Conspiracy 4^th, Criminal Mischief 4^th, Criminal Facilitation 4^th, and Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that on 1/12/2025, Wetmore broke into a residence on Hutchins St and stole property. He was extradited from Georgia and arraigned in CAP Court. Wetmore was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is due back in court on 7/9/2025.

• On 6/16/2025, Markis R Gaines (age 28) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 3^rd, Grand Larceny 3^rd, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd, and Resisting Arrest.

• Gaines allegedly entered the Salvation Army on East Main St and stole a laptop computer. When he was located by police, Gaines allegedly fled from police, before being taken into custody. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 6/16/2025, Patrick J Gonzales (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Grand Larceny 4^th, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief 4^th, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Gonzales engaged in a physical altercation with another person and took their phone away, when the attempted to call 911. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. He is due back in court on 7/9/2025.

• On 6/17/2025, Jennifer L Stack (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Stack was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. She is due back in court on 7/10/2025.

• On 6/17/2025, Tia E Schmieder (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Trespass.

Schmieder allegedly trespassed at Tim Horton’s on Main St, after being told that she was not allowed on the property. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 6/24/2025.

• On 6/15/2025, Dante T St Louis (age 29) of Rochester, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

St Louis allegedly struck another person, during a physical altercation on Bank St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 7/8/2025.

• On 6/12/2025, Richard A Miller (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3^rd and Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Miller used a counterfeit bill to purchase items at Southside Deli. Miller was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 6/26/2025.

• On 6/12/2025, Richard A Miller (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Miller refused to leave a home on Ellicott St and struck another person. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on 6/26/2025.

• On 6/12/2025, Jesse J Kessens (age 19) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Kessens called and sent text messages to the protected party of an order of protection. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 6/24/2025.

• On 6/13/2025, Rebecca R Fugate (age 24) of Batavia, was arrested for Trespass.

Fugate was charged after she allegedly refused to leave the property of the ARC, on Woodrow Rd. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 6/24/2025.

• On 6/12/2025, James R Kosiorek (age 32) of Basom, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Kosiorek was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine, during an investigation at Speedway. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 6/24/2025.

• On 6/11/2025, Samuel J Hernandez (age 22) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Hernandez allegedly stole a cell phone. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 7/1/2025.
