• On 6/13/2024, Peter J Cino (age 56) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 2^nd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th, and Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Cino struck another person, during an argument on Bank St, and threatened them, with a hammer. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and an order of protection was issued. On June 15^th, police received information that Cino had failed to surrender a firearm, as was required in the order of protection. Officers obtained consent to search his home and located a rifle in Cino’s bedroom. He was then charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd. He was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• Danielle Michael, Norman Michael and Marcus Mobley were arrested after a drug sales investigation that took place on 5/28/2024.

It’s alleged that Norman Michael contacted his wife, Danielle Michael, and arranged for her to sell a large quantity of narcotics to Marcus Mobley. After the sale was made, City of Batavia NET Officers conducted a vehicle stop, on Mobley’s vehicle, which led to a narcotics seizure. Michael Norman was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 2^nd (an A2 felony), two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd and Conspiracy 2^nd. Danielle Michael was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd, Conspiracy 2^nd, and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd. Mobley was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

• On 6/8/2024, Angelina J Baumgart (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested after a traffic stop on Oak St.

Baumgart was initially stopped for operating a vehicle with a stolen license plate. After an investigation, it was found that the vehicle itself was also stolen. Baumgart then lied about her name and was found in possession of crack cocaine. She was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5^th, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4^th, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3^rd, Criminal Impersonation 2^nd, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd, and traffic infractions. She was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 6/20/2024, Jamie A Dutton (age 31) of Batavia, and Sandra L Marsceill (age 53) of Batavia were arrested for Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Dutton and Marsceill each stole a hammock chair from Aldi. They were issued appearance tickets and released. They are due in court, on 7/9/2024.

• On 6/18/2024, Jessica D Delcour (age 41) of Wyoming, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Delcour was initially arrested on 2/16/2024, for Criminal Trespass 2^nd. The warrant was issued, after she failed to appear in court. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. She is due back in court, at a later date.

• On 6/14/2024, Isaiah J A Munroe (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Tampering 3^rd.

It’s alleged that Munroe caused a disturbance at the Advance Auto Parts store and shoved the cashier’s computer, keyboard and receipt printer off the counter. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 6/25/2024.

• On 6/13/2024, Adrienne S Bechtold (age 28^th) of Batavia, was arrested on three warrants.

The warrants were issued after Bechtold allegedly failed to appear in court, on three separate criminal cases. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $2,500 bail, $5,000 bond and $10,000 partially secured bond. She is due back in court, on 7/11/2024.
