- On 6/13/2026, Dominic J Taylor (age 22) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2nd, Criminal Contempt 2nd, and Petit Larceny.
It’s alleged that Taylor entered a residence, in violation of an order of protection, and stole property. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail to await arraignment.
- On 6/14/2026, Stalyn A Yasig Tipantuna (age 26), was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd.
Yasig-Tipantuna was arrested following a traffic stop on Oak St, where he allegedly presented a forged insurance card, paper license plate and registration card. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail to await arraignment.
- On 6/15/2026, Paul W Zeches (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Public Lewdness.
It’s alleged that Zeches engaged in a lewd act, while in public view at Dewitt Park. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 6/11/2026, Aaron J Osterman (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Menacing 3rd and Harassment 2nd.
Osterman was charged following an investigation into a domestic incident, on Vine St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
- On 6/10/2026, Wayne D Potter (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Aggravated Harassment 2nd.
Potter allegedly called another person numerous times and threatened them. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
- On 6/11/2026 Brandon M Kirby (age 33) of Brockport, was arrested for DWI.
Kirby was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.
- On 6/14/2026, Jakaylah M Tillmon-Robbs (age 20) of Hamburg, was arrested for Offering a False Instrument for Filing 2nd.
It’s alleged that Tillmon-Roberts submitted a forged doctor’s note to court stating that she had been in the hospital, after missing a scheduled court date. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 6/14/2026, Demauri J Humber (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and Harassment 2nd.
Humber allegedly shoved another person and prevented them from leaving, during a domestic incident on State St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
