• On 6/7/2025, Samuel J Calvin (age 47) of Rochester, was arrested for felony DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st.

Calvin was charged following a traffic stop on West Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court, on 6/25/2025.

• On 6/6/2025, Robert W Arnold (age 19) of North Chili, was arrested for Grand Larceny 4^th.

The arrest stems from an incident on 8/1/2024, when he allegedly stole a car from an address on Otis St. Arnold was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 6/1/2025, Kyle J Gugel (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st.

Gugel was arrested after allegedly being found violating an order of protection. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail, to await arraignment in CAP Court.

• On 5/28/2025, Earl R Benson Jr (age 59) of Elba, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3^rd, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd, and Attempted Criminal Trespass 2^nd.

Benson allegedly broke a window while attempting to gain entry into a house on South Main St. Benson also allegedly resisted police, when they attempted to take him into custody. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 6/13/2025, Kyle W Nash (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

The arrest stems from a traffic stop on 12/4/2024 on Ross St, where Nash was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine. He was issued appearance tickets and is due in court, on 6/24/2025.

• On 6/10/2025, Samuel R Blackshear (age 24) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd, Failing to Stop at a Stop Sign, and Failing to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle.

The warrant stems from an incident when Blackshear allegedly fled from police on an electric scooter, when they attempted to stop him for a traffic violation. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 6/10/2025, Dennis J Mahoney (age 76) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Mahoney allegedly was involved in a physical altercation on East Main St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court, on 6/26/2025.

• On 6/6/2025, Warren D Dayton (age 45) of Alexander, was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.

Dayton was arrested following a traffic stop on West Main St, where he was allegedly found to be driving, while impaired by marijuana. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court, on 6/25/2025.

• On 6/10/2025, Ricky A Marsceill (age 61) of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

 The warrant stems from an incident on 5/20/2024, when Marsceill was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 6/7/2025, George J Budzinack (age 45) of Newfane, was arrested on two warrants.

The first warrant stems from an incident in September of 2023 when Budzinack allegedly stole an electric scooter. The second warrant is related to an incident in October of 2023 when he was allegedly found in possession of cocaine and fentanyl. He was arraigned in CAP court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 6/5/2025, Kyreif T Biggs (age 27) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant is related to an incident where Biggs allegedly trespassed at a local liquor store. Biggs was additionally charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child after he was arrested on the warrant, when it was found that he had left a 3-year-old child home alone. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 6/4/2025, Thomas J Claffey (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Claffey allegedly stole merchandise from the Circle 3 gas station, on Ellicott St. He was also processed on two outstanding warrants. The first warrant is related to a DWI arrest from 5/12/2025. The other warrant is stems from a traffic stop on 5/22/2025 on River St, where Claffey was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 6/5/2025, Derrick L Washington (age 52) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Washington was found in possession of narcotics, during a traffic stop on Oak St on 1/17/2025. Washington was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 6/6/2025, Megan D Seymour (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Seymour was allegedly found in possession of narcotics on 7/11/2024, while at UMMC. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 6/24/2025.

• On 6/6/2025, Daniel C Reagan (age 34) of Hamburg, was arrested for Illegal Use of Nitrous Oxide.

It’s alleged that Reagan was found inhaling nitrous oxide for the purpose of causing intoxication. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/2/2025, Zyasija S Green (age 21) of Greece, was arrested on a warrant.

Green was initially issued misdemeanor traffic tickets on 11/14/2024. The warrant was issued when she failed to appear in court. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. She is due back in court, on 6/25/2025.

• On 6/3/2025, Carlina T Newton (age 30) of Kenmore, was arrested on a warrant.

Newton was initially charged on 7/3/2025 for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th and Harassment 2^nd, after allegedly being found in possession of narcotics and biting a police officer. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. She is due back in court, on 7/15/2025.

• On 6/3/2025, Samuel J Hernandez (age 22) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

Hernandez allegedly wrote on the walls of the bathroom, at Williams Park. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/29/2025 Jamie S Kraft (age 39) of Horseheads, was arrested on a warrant.

He was initially charged on 9/12/2022 with Aggravated Harassment 2^nd, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd, and Falsely Reporting an Incident. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 5/29/2025, Nicholas M Garner (age 31) of Cheektowaga, was arrested for DWI.

Garner was charged following a traffic stop on Jackson St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 6/2/2025, Rhiannon J Graff (age 44) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

She was initially charged with DWI on 3/21/2025. Graff was arraigned in CAP Court and released. She is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.
