- On 5/11/2026, Aavion J Bethel (age 21) of Attica, was arrested for Burglary 2nd, Criminal Contempt 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, Reckless Driving, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle 3rd and several traffic violations.
Bethel allegedly forced entry into a residence on East Main St, in violation of an order of protection. He then fled in a vehicle, when police attempted to take him into custody. Bethel led police on a pursuit that ended on Putnam Rd, where he was taken into custody, after a short foot chase. Bethel was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
- On 5/17/2026, Billie L Harper (age 48) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3rd.
It’s alleged that Harper keyed a vehicle on Jackson St, on April 14th. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
- On 5/16/2026, Tonya M Weber (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Grand Larceny 4th and Harassment 2nd.
Weber allegedly stole a cellphone from an individual on Jackson St. She then struck a police officer, while she was being taken into custody. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- Between 5/12 and 5/18, Elizabeth A Lindner (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested a total of six times stemming from separate incidents throughout the City of Batavia.
Lindner was charged with two counts of Trespass, one count of Criminal Trespass, two counts of Soliciting, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. She was issued appearance tickets and released.
- On 5/19/2026, Heather L Pehrson (age 49) of Batavia, was arrested for Cruelty to Animals.
It’s alleged that Pehrson struck a dog numerous times. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 5/15/2026, Charlene M Poole (age 55) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
Poole was allegedly found in possession of cocaine, during a traffic stop on River St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 5/15/2026, Joshua T Vernaccini (age 21) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.
Vernaccini was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.
- On 5/6/2026, Sandra L Marsceill (age 54) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
Marsceill was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, during an incident on 12/7/2025. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 5/8/2026, Jeremiah T Jones (age 52) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 3rd.
Jones allegedly physically menaced another person, during an altercation on Holland Ave. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 5/27/2026, Jeanna M Hattaway (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd.
It’s alleged that Hattaway entered the Dollar General store on East Main St, after previously being trespassed from the property. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 5/7/2026, Christopher Wyckoff (age 41) of Caledonia, was arrested for DWI.
Wyckoff was charged following a complaint of an intoxicated driver in the Wendy’s drive-thru. He was located and arrested a short time later, on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.
- On 5/12/2026, Fawn Dockstader (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2nd.
Dockstader allegedly threatened to stab another person, during a domestic dispute on Lewis Pl. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
- On 5/11/2026, Jason A Armstrong (age 28) of Attica, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd.
Armstrong allegedly violated an order of protection by sending text messages to the protected person. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
- On 5/12/2026, Lafayette J Ferreira (age 18) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd.
Ferreira allegedly entered the vacant former Continental School of Beauty building on East Main St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 5/13/2026, Haley P Gregori (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.
Gregori was arrested following a complaint from a local gas station, of an intoxicated person who attempted to purchase alcohol and then left in a vehicle. Gregori was located driving on Oak St. She was stopped by police and arrested. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.
