• On 5/7/2025, Davon H Patton (age 39) of Buffalo, was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4^th.

Patton was allegedly found operating a stolen vehicle, on Oak St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/7/2025, Brian M Raphael (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd.

Raphael was allegedly found in possession of a bludgeon, specifically a club with barbed wire wrapped around it. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 5/2/2025, Daniel R Yates (age 55) of Batavia, was arrested for Attempted Robbery 3^rd and Attempted Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2^nd.

Yates allegedly attempted to take a Batavia Police Officer’s gun out of the holster, while police were attempting to take him into custody. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

• On 4/30/2025, Joseph M Tornabene (age 33) of Buffalo, was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense and Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Tornabene violated an order of protection by being at the residence of a protected party. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 5/9/2025, Marissa A McGill (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Circumventing an Interlock Device.

It’s alleged that McGill had a child blow into her vehicle’s interlock device and left her children unattended for an extended period of time. She was issued appearance tickets and released.

• On 5/10/2025, Michael J Cutitta (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 3^rd.

It’s alleged that Cutitta threatened to kill another person. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 5/1/2025, Colleen M Hutchinson (age 50) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd.

Hutchinson was allegedly found in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia, during a traffic stop on Ellicott Ave on 2/19/2025. She was issued appearance tickets and released.

• On 5/5/2025, Justin T Gladney (age 36) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Gladney was allegedly found in possession of narcotics on West Main St, on 8/1/2024. He was issued an appearance ticket at the Genesee County Jail, where he is currently incarcerated on a separate matter.

• On 5/1/2025, Kaila I Tidd (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Tidd allegedly allowed a sex offender to be at her residence around her children, in violation of an order of protection. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on her own recognizance.

• On 5/1/2025, Edward J Ludwig (age 62) of Alden, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Ludwig was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, during a traffic stop on 1/17/2025. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 5/2/2025, Ricky A Marsceill (age 60) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Marsceill was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, during a traffic stop on 5/20/2024. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 5/2/2025, Bill A Thomas (age 65) of Batavia, was arrested on three bench warrants.

All of the warrants stem from previous Trespass charges, where Thomas failed to appear in court. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 5/3/2025, Michelle L May (age 50) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that May had physical contact with another person, during an altercation on East Main St. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.
