• On 3/25/2026, Rosemary R Waters (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband 1^st and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Waters was allegedly found in possession of fentanyl, when she was brought to the Genesee County Jail. She was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 3/25/2026, Kayleen M Laird (age 30) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Laird was allegedly found in possession of cocaine, during a traffic stop on Bank St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 3/27/2026, Erica A Hanley (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Hanley scratched another person, during an altercation on N Lyon St. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 3/28/2026, Abdi A Abdi (age 26) of Rochester, was arrested on two arrest warrants for Petit Larceny.

The warrants are related to two separate incidents where Abdi allegedly stole merchandise from businesses in Batavia. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 3/29/2026, Scott D Meyer (age 32) of Attica, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

The warrant was issued after Meyer failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 3/29/2026, Ryan J Sarvis (age 44) of Darien, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

The warrant was issued after Sarvis failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 3/30/2026, Andrew D Raymond (age 38) of Niagara Falls, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Raymond allegedly slapped another person, during an altercation on Oak St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
