• On 4/18/2025, Michael A Fanizza (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd and Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Fanizza allegedly illegally entered a residence in violation of an order of protection. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 4/17/2025, Donyel E Walker (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd, Criminal Contempt 1^st, and Harassment 2^nd.

Walker was arrested after allegedly violating an order of protection inside a residence on Hutchins St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 4/22/2025, Thomas J Preedom (age 36) of Batavia, was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Register.

Preedom is accused of failing to register his address, as a level 2 sex offender. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.

• On 4/21/2025, Jacob W Patterson (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Patterson was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, during an incident on State St on 4/15/2024. Patterson was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 5/6/2025.

• On 4/18/2025, Christopher E Tanner (age 52) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Tanner allegedly struck another person, during an altercation on State St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 4/29/2025.

• On 4/21/2025, Bernard L Parnell (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Parnell allegedly stole merchandise from Speedway. When police attempted to detain him, he allegedly resisted. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 4/29/2025. Parnell was arrested earlier in the day on Otis St, after he allegedly refused to leave a residence and punched another person. He was charged with Criminal Trespass 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd.

•  On 4/17/2025, Kelly R Seeler (age 52) of Albion, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Seeler was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, during a traffic stop on Pearl St on 1/17/2025. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 4/18/2025, Benjamin M Klotzbach (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd.

Klotzbach allegedly headbutted another person and prevented them from leaving the residence, during an altercation on Elmwood Ave. Klotzbach was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court, on 5/1/2025.

• On 4/18/2025, Johnny D Vidal (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Filing a False Written Statement.

It’s alleged that Vidal signed a written statement alleging that another person threatened him with a firearm. Vidal was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 4/22/2025.
