• On 4/10/2026, Joanna M Coates (age 22) of Rochester, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd.

Coates was charged, following a traffic stop on East Main St, where she was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 4/11/2026, James J Boyce (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd and Petit Larceny.

Boyce allegedly illegally entered a residence on West Main St and stole property. While being taken into custody, he was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 4/15/2026, Vanessa J Aquino (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Aquino allegedly allowed two juveniles to engage in a fight and failed to intervene. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4/28/3036.

• On 4/15/2026, Austin D Medina (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

It’s alleged that Medina threw a rock through a window on State St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4/21/2026.

• On 4/9/2026, Bryon G Keller (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

Keller allegedly intentionally rammed his vehicle into another vehicle, during a road rage incident on Clinton St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4/21/2026.

• On 4/12/2026, Brian E Daggar (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Daggar allegedly hit another person in the face, during an altercation on Vine St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4/28/2026.

• On 4/8/2026, Gerardo A Henriquez (age 28) of Roosevelt, NY, was arrested for DWI.

Henriquez was pulled over and arrested on Clinton St, after police received a complaint about a reckless driver. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 4/11/2026, Ana M Uribe (age 32) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Uribe allegedly pulled another person’s hair, during an altercation at the Euphoria Bar and Lounge. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
