• On 2/6/2025, Lisa M Fox (age 53) of Batavia, was arrested for Assault 3^rd.

Fox was allegedly involved in a physical altercation where she caused injury, to another person. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 2/11/2025. While being processed at the Genesee County Jail, Fox was found to be in possession of a quantity of narcotics. She was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd. She was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 2/5/2025, Donnie Armstrong (age 52) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

Armstrong was charged, after a traffic stop on Law St by the Batavia Police NET Unit. After an investigation and K9 deployment, a quantity of narcotics was located in the vehicle. Armstrong was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• Charles P Stevens (age 36) of Batavia and Eric J Flowers (age 37) of Batavia were arrested for Criminal Mischief 3^rd.

Stevens and Flowers were charged after an investigation into an incident, where they allegedly intentionally damaged another person’s vehicle. The were issued appearance tickets and released.

•  On 1/29/2025, Mark W McWethy (age 57) of Batavia, was arrested for DWAI Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4^th, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st.

McWethy was arrested following a welfare check on Ellicott St. He was allegedly found to be operating a vehicle, while impaired by drugs and in possession of narcotics. He was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail, without bail.

• On 1/28/2025, Martin J Rodgers (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st.

Rodgers was charged after allegedly violating an order of protection. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 1/21/2025, Tammy J Lord (age 48) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 3^rd and Grand Larceny 3^rd.

It’s alleged that on 12/22/2024, Lord illegally entered a business on Liberty St and stole property. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and is due back in court, at a later date.

• On 2/23/2025, Carissa J Visalli (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

Visalli allegedly failed to appear in court, after being issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket, on 11/20/2024. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 2/21/2025, Inge A Stack (age 55) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Stack allegedly struck another person in the face, during an altercation on Pringle Ave. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 3/4/2025.

• On 2/2/2025, Julie L Dutton (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny

Dutton was arrested, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Dollar General. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 2/11/2025. Dutton was also arrested on three outstanding warrants.

• On 2/17/2025, Brandie M Sumeriski (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Sumeriski slapped and pushed another person, during a domestic dispute on State St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 2/18/2025, Jamesha N Wilson (age 30) of Rochester, was arrested on a warrant.

Wilson allegedly failed to appear in court, after being issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket, on 9/17/2023. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. She is due back in court, on 3/25/2025.

• On 2/14/2025, Guillermo Dediego-Reyes (age 55) of Batavia, was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice.

Dediego-Reyes was arrested on outstanding warrants out of Ohio. He was arraigned in CAP Court and held for extradition.

• On 2/14/2025, Curt A Buchinger (age 32) of Batavia, was arrested for Theft of Services.

It’s alleged that Buchinger was running an extension cord from another property, to his home. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 2/25/2025.

• On 2/11/2025, Colleen M Hutchinson (age 50) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

The charge stems from a traffic stop on 12/9/2024, where Hutchinson was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 2/18/2025.

• On 2/3/2025, Alicia M Lyons (age 45) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st and Menacing 3^rd.

It’s alleged that Lyons violated an order of protection by physically menacing the protected person. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 2/18/2025. On 2/7/2025 she was again arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st and Harassment 2^nd. She was issued another appearance ticket and released.

• On 2/11/2025, Kim M Mobley (age 62) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Mobley stole merchandise from Aldi. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 2/18/2025.

• On 2/4/2025, Jena A Defazio (age 27) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

Defazio was issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket, on 1/8/2025. The warrant was issued, after she failed to appear in court. Defazio was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 2/2/2025, Courtney H Kelley (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Kelley allegedly stole merchandise from Aldi. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 2/2/2025, Shawn M Twardowski (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Twardowski allegedly punched another person in the head, during an altercation on Highland Pk. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 1/31/2025, Erin M Klein (age 38) of Cheektowaga, was arrested for DWI.

Klein was arrested after an investigation into a motor vehicle accident. She was additionally charged with driving with a suspended registration and several traffic violations. She was issued appearance tickets and released.

• On 1/31/2025, Roseann Cooper (age 55) of Stafford, was arrested on a warrant.

Cooper was issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket on 1/4/2025. The warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. Cooper was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 1/29/2025, Julie A Earle (age 50) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Earle allegedly stole merchandise from Tops. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 1/31/2025, Takari C Blue (age 23) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Blue was arrested following a traffic stop on East Main St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 1/27/2025, Tammy J Dean (age 54) of Alexander, was arrested for DWAI Drugs.

The arrest is the result of an investigation into a single vehicle crash that occurred on 9/20/2024. Dean was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 1/27/2025, Jaequele M Tomlin (age 30) of Batavia, turned himself in on an arrest warrant.

The warrant was issued following an investigation into an incident that occurred on 3/26/2025, when Tomlin was allegedly found in possession of cocaine. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released on his own recognizance.

• On 1/7/2025, Douglas G Goodwin Jr (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Goodwin allegedly violated an order of protection, by having contact with the protected party. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 1/23/2025, Brittany L Froman (age 34) of Rochester, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant stems from a traffic stop, on 6/12/2024, when Froman was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 1/22/2025, Kimberly S Snyder (age 48) of Geneseo, was arrested on an arrest warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

The warrant stems from an incident on 10/29/2023, when Snyder was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 1/22/2025, John W Clack (age 66) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Tampering 3^rd.

Clack was charged after an investigation into an incident where he allegedly intentionally overturned another person’s motorized scooter. Clack was issued an appearance ticket and released.

•  On 1/21/2025, Troy W Horton (age 60) of Leroy, was arrested for DWI.

Horton was in the drive-thru line at Taco Bell, where the employees believed he may be intoxicated and called police. Horton was issued traffic tickets and released.

• On 1/25/2025, Catherine R Bater (age 44) of Batavia, was arrested for Attempted Petit Larceny.

Bater allegedly attempted to transfer money from another person’s account, into her own Cash App account. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 1/24/2025, Ronnie J Sumeriski (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Tampering 3^rd.

Sumeriski allegedly took the license plate off of another person’s vehicle and threw it under another car. He was also arrested on two outstanding warrants. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

• On 1/25/2025, David R Bowen (age 83) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Bowen allegedly struck another person, during an altercation on Mill St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 2/27/2025, Bill A Thomas (age 65) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3^rd.

Thomas was arrested for allegedly being located inside the Batavia City Mall, after previously being trespassed. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. The next day, Thomas was again arrested for Trespass, after being located at the Batavia City Centre. He was issued another appearance ticket and released.

• On 2/28/2025, Shannon H Dick (age 43) and John W Biaselli (age 56) both of Batavia, were arrested for Petit Larceny.

Dick and Biaselli allegedly stole merchandise from Dollar General. They were issued appearance tickets and are due in court, on 3/11/2025.

• On 2/27/2025, Kimberly S Snyder (age 48) of Warsaw, was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.

The warrant was issued for Snyder, after she failed to appear in court. She was arraigned in in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 2/22/2025, Tonisia R Longhini (age 32) of Alexander, was arrested for DWI.

Longhinin was arrested following a traffic stop, on Walnut St. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
