• On 2/28/2026, Nicholas D Wissinger (age 24) of Middleport, was arrested for DWI.

Wissinger was charged following a traffic stop on N Lyon St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 2/28/2026, Candice M Fiegl (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Fiegl violated an order of protection. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 2/28/2026, Matthew P Waterman (age 36) of Livonia, was arrested for DWI.

Waterman was charged following a traffic stop on Ellicott St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 2/24/2026, Zachary M Burk (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th, and Harassment 2^nd.

Burk was allegedly involved in a physical altercation where he shoved another person and applied pressure to their neck. During his arrest he was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
