• On 3/17/2026, Thomas F Hofmeier (age 24) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd, Criminal Contempt 2^nd, Menacing 2^nd, and Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Hofmeier threatened another person with a knife, during a domestic incident on Ellicott St, and stole their dog. Hofmeier was arraigned in Batavia City Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail. The dog was later located and returned.

• On 3/13/2026, Jesse J Kessens (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st and Harassment 2^nd.

Kessens allegedly slapped another person, in violation of an order of protection. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail, in lieu of bail.

• On 3/11/2026, Elizabeth N Jones (age 19) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny, Criminal Mischief 4^th, Resisting Arrest, and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Jones allegedly stole numerous lottery tickets, while working at the Speedway gas station on West Main St. She then resisted arrest and damaged property, while being taken into custody. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/24/2026.

• On 3/14/2026, Diana T Bueno (age 48) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Bueno was charged following a traffic stop N Lyon St. She was issued several traffic tickets and is due to appear in court on 3/25/2026.

• On 3/17/2026, Margaret D Robinson (age 37) of Cheektowaga, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd.

Robinson allegedly entered a residence on East Main St, without permission and struck another person in the face. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 3/12/2026, Stacy L Colombo (age 51) of Pavilion, was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd.

It’s alleged that Colombo rented a vehicle and failed to return it. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/31/2026.

• On 3/14/2026, Ramiro Gaona (age 30) of Labelle, FL, was arrested for DWI.

Gaona was charged following a traffic stop on West Main St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 3/19/2026, Shelby L Fyer (age 30) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on 12/15/2025, when she was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, while being arrested on an unrelated warrant. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/31/2026.

• On 3/15/2026, Robert W Paine (age 40) of Summerville, SC, was arrested for DWI.

Paine was charged following a traffic stop on Bank St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 3/18/2026, Rochelle Bradford (age 45) of Rochester, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant.

The warrant was issued after Bradford failed to appear in court, on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 3/16/2026, Cordero L Royes (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested on a Bench Warrant.

The warrant is related to an incident from December of 2022, when Royes was charged with Harassment 2^nd. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 3/15/2026, Dennis J Calkins (age 46) of Albion, was arrested on a Bench Warrant.

The warrant is related to a traffic stop from September of 2024, when Calkins was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.
