Press Releases 3/19/2026

  • On 3/6/2026, Tyquawn D Bethel (age 35) of Rochester, was arrested for Rape 1st, Burglary 2nd, Criminal Contempt 1st and Aggravated Family Offense.

It’s alleged that Bethel Unlawfully entered the home of an individual who had an order of protection against him and forcibly raped her. He was arrested and arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $100,000 bail.

  • On 3/3/2026, Michael J Hilton (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, Assault 3rd and Menacing 3rd.

It’s alleged that Hilton threatened another person with a knife, during an incident on S Spruce St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail, without bail.

  • On 3/2/2026, Shandell M Lissow (age 38) of Albion, was arrested on two Bench Warrants.

The first warrant stems from a larceny complaint in June of 2025, when Lissow allegedly stole merchandise from Dollar General. The other warrant is related to a traffic stop that occurred in May of 2025, when Lissow was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

  • On 3/5/2026, William R Johnson Jr (age 46) of Freedom, NY, was arrested for Making a Threat of Mass Harm.

It’s alleged that Johnson Jr threatened to blow up a building, during an altercation on Bank St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

  • On 3/7/2026, Mateo C Snyder (age 24) of Warsaw, was arrested for Making a Threat of Mass Harm and Harassment 2nd.

Snyder allegedly threatened to shoot multiple people, during an altercation on Apollo Dr. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

  • On 2/26/2026, Danny D Williams (age 37) was arrested for Harassment 2nd.

Williams was charged after he allegedly punched another person in the face, during an altercation on Ellicott St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

  • On 3/9/2026, Michael E Weichman (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Public Lewdness.

Weichman was charged after he allegedly exposed his genitals to several people during an altercation on Pearl St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

  • On 3/6/2026, Tishay S Daniels (age 41) of Rochester, was arrested for DWI.

Daniels was charged after police received a civilian complaint about an erratic driver on Clinton St. Daniels was located driving on West Main St and subsequently arrested. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

  • On 3/9/2026, Elizabeth A Lindner (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Lindner allegedly stole merchandise from Family Dollar. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

  • On 3/9/2026, Ambernae S Inman and Brodes J Gibson were arrested for Petit Larceny and Conspiracy 6th.

It’s alleged that Inman and Gibson stole property from Quicklee’s. They were arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. During Inman’s arrest, she was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.

  • On 3/9/2026, Jason A Klinkbeil (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Trespass.

Klinkbeil allegedly entered and remained on a property on Dellinger Ave and refused to leave. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. Later on 3/9, Klinkbeil was arrested again for Trespass. This time he was allegedly trespassing at McDonald’s on West Main St. During his arrest, he allegedly threw items at a patrol car, causing damage to the car. He was additionally charged with Criminal Mischief 4th. 

  • On 3/5/2026, Heather L McCarthy (age 35) of Corfu, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd.

It’s alleged that on 2/19, McCarthy violated an order of protection, by having contact with the protected person. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

  • On 3/8/2026, Shineacqua C McNair (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, and several other traffic violations.

McNair was pulled over by police in the parking lot of 7-eleven. She allegedly exited her vehicle and walked into the store, ignoring the Officer’s orders to stay in the car. She then resisted Officers, when they attempted to detain her, inside the store. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

  • On 3/8/2026, Savannah C Odom (age 33) of Stafford, was arrested for DWI.

Odom was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

  • On 3/12/2026, Jzon A Richardson (age 27) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2nd.

It’s alleged that Richardson pushed another person during a domestic incident on N Spruce St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

  • On 3/10/2026, Timmy L Taylor Jr (age 30) of Batavia, was arrested for Aggravated Harassment 2nd. 

Taylor allegedly threatened another person, during a phone call. Taylor was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

  • On 3/8/2026, Sandra L Marsceill (age 54) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny and Conspiracy 6th.

Marsceill, along with another person, allegedly stole property from a residence on East Main St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

  • On 3/12/2026, Trisha R Santora (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2nd.

Santora allegedly grabbed another person by the hair, during an altercation at the Euphoria Bar and Lounge. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
