Officers attempted to stop Houk, after he was seen drinking alcohol inside his vehicle. Houk then led police on a pursuit through the city, before stopping at the intersection of West Main St and Oak St. Houk was issued numerous traffic tickets and is due in court on 3/18/2025.
- On 3/11/2025, Jennifer C Moscicki (age 48) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.
Moscicki allegedly stole merchandise from Aldi. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/18/2025.
- On 3/10/2025, Mercedes Ramon-Rodriguez (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Ramon-Rodriguez allegedly left a 3-year-old child home alone. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/25/2025.
- On 3/6/2025, Kelly J Mungo (age 49) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.
Mungo allegedly stole merchandise from Aldi. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/18/2025.
- On 3/5/2025, Mary A Ingles (age 70) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.
Ingles was arrested following a traffic stop on Richmond Ave. She was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 3/19/2025.
- On 3/7/2025. Bill A Thomas (age 65) of Batavia, was arrested for Trespass.
Thomas was allegedly trespassing at the Batavia City Centre, after he had previously been barred from the property. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/18/2025.
- On 3/7/2025, Jazmyn R Bater (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Bater allegedly struck another person in the head several times, while the other person was holding a child. Bater was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/18/2025.
- On 3/9/2025, Jennifer N Wilson (age 38) of Auburndale, FL, was arrested on a bench warrant.
Wilson was initially charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, and Resisting Arrest, after an incident on 2/26/2024. The warrant was issued after Wilson failed to appear in court. Wilson was arraigned in CAP Court and is due to appear in Batavia City Court, at a later date.
