• On 1/29/2024, Dylan T Jordan (age 22) of Bliss, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

The arrest stems from an incident on 1/15/2024, when Jordan engaged in an altercation with police, in the Emergency Room at UMMC. Jordan allegedly placed an officer in a headlock and attempted to strangle him. Jordan was charged with Attempted Assault 2^nd, Attempted Strangulation 2^nd, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd, and Harassment 2^nd. Jordan was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is due back in court on 2/15/2024.

• On 1/28/2024, Danny D Williams Sr (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st.

It’s alleged that Williams violated an order of protection, by going to the residence of the protected person. Williams was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail, without bail. He is due back in court on 2/14/2024.

• On 2/1/2024, Olivia J Patten (age 26) of Oakfield, was arrested on a warrant from Batavia City Court.

Patten was initially charged on 11/1/2023 with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd, after allegedly driving with a suspended license. A warrant was issued, after she failed to appear in court. Patten was arraigned in Batavia City Court, where the case was settled.

• On 1/31/2024, Scott D Murray (age 38) of Darien, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Murray allegedly violated an order of protection, by having contact with the protected person while at the Genesee County Court House. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. He is due back in court on 2/13/2024.

• On 1/30/2024, Jeanna M Hattaway (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant from Batavia City Court.

Hattaway was initially charged on 12/13/2023 for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th in relation to an incident in April of 2023. A warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. Hattaway was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

• On 1/27/2024, Adrienne S Bechtold (age 28) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd.

Bechtold was arrested after police responded to a location on East Main St, for the report of a suspicious vehicle. Bechtold was allegedly found in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 2/6/2024.

• On 1/26/2024, John A Cabrera Sr (age 56) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Cabrera stole merchandise from Kwik Fill. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 2/13/2024.

• On 1/29/2024, James W Zurek (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested on two warrants.

The first warrant stems from an incident in August of 2022 when Zurek was charged with Strangulation 2^nd, Assault 3^rd and Petit Larceny after a disturbance on Cedar St. The second warrant charged Zurek with Bail Jumping 3^rd. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is due back in court at a later date.
