• On 12/27/2025, Nicole M Dellapenna (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Grand Larceny 3^rd.

Dellapenna allegedly stole a car, from an address on Otis St. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due back in Batavia City Court on 1/6/2026.

• On 12/13/2025, Jason M Perry (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested on two counts of Burglary 2^nd and two counts of Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

It’s alleged that on 12/12 and 12/13 Perry entered a residence, in violation of an order of protection. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 12/14/2025, Cassandra L Brunea (age 53) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3^rd, Criminal Mischief 4^th, Criminal Tampering 3^rd and Making Graffiti.

Brunea allegedly spray painted a residence and two vehicles on State St. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 12/17/2025, Trace G Brewer (age 25) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued after Brewer failed to appear in court on charges of Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 12/19/2025, Dominic J Taylor (age 22) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th and Harassment 2^nd.

Taylor allegedly damaged property and hit another person, during a domestic incident on Pickthorn Dr. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court on 12/20.

• On 12/19/2025, Crystal A Mounts (age 48) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued after Mounts failed to appear in court on a Petit Larceny charge. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 12/19/2025, Gloria L Peckham (age 65) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2^nd.

Peckham allegedly unlawfully entered a residence on East Main St. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 12/21/2025, Scott M Schlonski (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd and Disorderly Conduct.

Schlonski was charged after he was allegedly found standing in the middle of Ellicott St blocking traffic and refusing to move. Schlonski was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 12/14/2025, Cristian S Long (age 23) of Rochester, was arrested for DWI.

Long was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 1/6/2026.

• On 12/17/2025, Jessica D Delcour was arrested on a bench warrant.

The warrant was issued after Delcour allegedly failed to complete community service that she had been sentenced to, in relation to a Petit Larceny charge. She was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 12/12/2025, Elizabeth A Lindner and Sandra L Marsceill, both of Batavia, were arrested for Petit Larceny and Conspiracy 6^th.

Lindner and Marsceill allegedly conspired with each other and stole merchandise from Tops. Lindner was issued an appearance ticket and released. Marsceill was charged with an additional charge of Burglary 3^rd. She was arraigned in CAP Court. Lindner was arrested again on 12/23/2025. This time she is alleged to have been on the property at Tim Horton’s, where she was previously trespassed. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 12/16/2025, Elizabeth M Grattan (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested on a Bench Warrant.

The warrant stems from an incident in August, when Grattan allegedly stole medication from another person. She was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 12/11/2025, Lucas J Reed (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2^nd.

Reed was allegedly located inside a residence on Chestnut St, where he had previously been trespassed from. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 12/13/2025, Stacy A Macintyre (age 44) of Stafford, was arrested for DWI.

Macintyre was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 12/15/2025, Loretta L Baer (age 54) of Batavia, was arrested on a Bench Warrant.

The warrant stems from an incident in August, when Baer allegedly resisted arrest, when police attempted to take her into custody on an outstanding warrant. Baer arraigned in CAP Court at the Genesee County Jail.

• On 12/30/2025, Kyle W Nash (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested on three warrants.

One warrant stems from a larceny complaint in October, when Nash allegedly stole merchandise from Quiclees’s. The second warrant is related to a traffic stop where Nash was issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket. The last warrant is related to an incident where Nash allegedly stuck another person in the face, during an altercation on Elm St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 12/30/2025, Cheryl M Figoura (age 46) of Batavia, was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle 3^rd.

The warrant stems from an incident in September when Figoura allegedly rented a vehicle from a business on West Main St and failed to return it. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.
