• On 11/29/2025, Oraid J Blackshear Jr and Alexander N Parsons were each arrested on three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd.

The charges stem from an investigation at an apartment on North Spruce St where Blackshear and Parsons were found in possession of an illegal pistol. Both were arraigned in CAP Court and are due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 11/29/2025, Brian W Herdtner (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3^rd.

Herdtner allegedly damaged a TV, during an altercation on Tracy Ave. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 11/17/2025, Alexander C Preedom (age 22) of Batavia, was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment 1^st, Menacing 2^nd and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

Preedom was charged following an incident at an apartment on East Main St where he allegedly refused to let the victim leave the apartment, while in possession of a knife. Preedom was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 11/10/2025, Bryson R Gentile (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 2^nd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2^nd, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd and Criminal Use of a Firearm 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Gentile pointed a gun at another person in a parking lot on Bank St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 11/23/2025, Craig D Brown (age 45) of Rochester, was arrested for DWI.

Brown was charged following a traffic stop on Clinton St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 11/23/2025, Noah A Giesler (age 26) of Albion, was arrested for DWI.

Giesler was charged following a traffic stop on Oak St, where he was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 11/20/2025, Brian R Dilcher (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Dilcher was arrested following a traffic stop where he was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 11/27/2025, Anibal R Caalcuc (age 24) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Caalcuc was charged following an investigation into an accident where he allegedly crashed his truck into a house on Willow St. Caalcuc was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/26/2025, Jon H Bush Jr (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant.

The warrant was issued when Bush failed to appear in court, after being issued an appearance ticket. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 11/26/2025, Felicia M Hirsch (age 39) of Pavilion, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant.

Hirsch allegedly failed to appear in court, after being issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket in March. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 11/12/2025, Elizabeth A Lindner (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Soliciting in a Public Place.

Lindner was allegedly asking people for money, on Ellicott St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. On 11/14/2025, she was arrested for Trespass. Lindner allegedly returned to Byrne Dairy on East Main St, after previously being trespassed. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. On 11/15/2025, Lindner was again arrested for Trespass. This time for allegedly trespassing at McDonald’s on East Main St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. On 11/21/2025, Lindner was arrested for the fourth time in nine days. She allegedly stole bottles and cans from Ascension Parish on Sumner St. She was issued another appearance ticket and released.

• On 11/22/2025, Derrick L Washington (age 53) of Batavia, was arrested on three Bench Warrants.

The first warrant stems from a traffic stop in January on Oak St, where Washington was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd. The second warrant is related to a traffic stop in April on Clinton St where Washington was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th. The third warrant stems from an incident on 11/5/2025 on Thomas Ave, where Washington allegedly ran from Police, when they attempted to arrest him on active warrants. Washington was processed and arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 11/21/2025, Bill A Thomas (age 66) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5^th.

Thomas was allegedly found in possession of a stolen bicycle, while at an address on Ellicott St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 11/20/2025, Cindy L Marcello (age 56) of Batavia, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for Petit Larceny.

The warrant stems from an incident in 2022, when Marcello allegedly stole merchandise from Tops. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/16/2025, Austin A Heideman (age 28) of Batavia, was arrested on a Bench Warrant.

The warrant stems from an incident May, when he was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. Heideman was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 11/14/2025, Nashiem R Harris (age 27) of Batavia, was arrested on two Bench Warrants.

Both warrants are related to incidents where Harris was issued misdemeanor traffic tickets, but failed to appear in court. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/12/2025, Jack M Fox-Salah (age 28) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Fox-Salah allegedly stole merchandise from Tops and fled from police on an e-bike, when Officers attempted to stop him. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 11/25/2025, Patricia A Larson (age 75) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Larson allegedly stole property from another person at an address on East Main St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 11/18/2025, Amy E Kirk (age 46) of Batavia, was arrested for DWAI Drugs.

Kirk was charged following a traffic stop on West Main St. She was issued traffic tickets and released.

• On 11/26/2025, Austin A Heideman (age 28) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Heideman was charged after allegedly being located at a residence on Ellicott St, in violation of an order of protection. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 11/14/2025, Nicole M Dellapenna (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Dellapenna was charged after police responded to a suspicious person on Masse Pl. Dellapenna allegedly ran from police and resisted arrest. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 11/9/2025, Steven R Sikora (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Sikora was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 11/16/2025, Christina M Rose (age 58) of Depew, was arrested for DWI.

Rose was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 11/11/2025, Nathan T Stanton (age 21) of Hilton, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for Trespass.

Stanton was initially arrested in October for allegedly trespassing at UMMC. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 11/12/2025, Alicia M Lyons (age 46) of Perry, was arrested for Aggravated Harassment 2^nd.

Lyons allegedly called the Genesee County Emergency Dispatch Center 154 times in a matter of approximately 6 hours, for no legitimate purpose. She was issued an appearance ticket at the Wyoming County Jail, where she is currently being held on unrelated charges.

• On 12/3/2025, Jason M Perry (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Perry allegedly punched another person, during an altercation on Hyde Pk. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/28/2025, Seth D Sharp (age 23) of Byron, was arrested for DWI.

Sharp was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.
