- On 12/2/2025, Edward J White (age 30) of Rochester, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd.
White was arrested following a traffic stop on Ellicott St conducted by an Officer from the Batavia Police Department’s NET Unit. During the course of the stop, BPD’s K9 was called to the scene. After a positive K9 alert on the vehicle, Officers attempted to detain White. White then fled from Officers, leading them on a foot chase. He was caught and taken into custody in the parking lot of Tim Horton’s on Main St, where he was allegedly found to be in possession of a loaded handgun. Inside the vehicle, Officers located a large quantity of narcotics. White was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail, without bail.
- On 12/4/2025, Cameron J Sokolowski (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Assault 2nd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, Obstructing Governmental Administration, and Resisting Arrest.
Sokolowski was charged after Officers attempted to arrest him on an outstanding warrant. Sokolowski attempted to run into a residence on Dellinger Ave and allegedly slammed the door in an Officer’s face, causing the Officer’s arms to go through the glass window of the door. The Officer sustained several cuts to his hands. Sokolowski was successfully taken into custody and arraigned in Batavia City Court. He was remanded to the Genesee County Jail, without bail.
- On 12/7/2025, Carrie R Rasnake (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.
Rasnake was charged following a traffic stop on Ellicott St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.
- On 12/6/2025, Sarah A Malone (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested on three warrants.
The first warrant is related to an incident where she allegedly engaged in a physical fight with another person, on Raymond Ave. The second warrant is from an incident where she allegedly failed to pay for food from a restaurant on East Main St. The third warrant is related to an incident where she allegedly stole a car. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.
- On 12/2/2025, Elizabeth A Lindner (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested for Trespass.
Lindner was allegedly found on the property at Speedway, after having previously been trespassed. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 11/27/2025, Anibal R Calcuuc (age 24) of Rochester, was arrested for DWI.
Calcuuc was charged after allegedly crashing a vehicle into a house on Willow St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.
- On 12/7/2025, Sandra L Marsceill (age 54) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.
Marsceill allegedly stole merchandise from Speedway. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 12/5/2025, Brian M Raphael (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
The warrant is related to an incident in May when Raphael was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court.
- On 12/6/2025, Jack M Fox-Salah (age 28) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th and Criminal Trespass.
Fox-Salah allegedly damaged the lock on a door and entered a residence on Ellicott St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 12/9/2025, Candice M Fiegl (age 32) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Fiegl was allegedly found to be severely intoxicated, while taking care of several children. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 12/6/2025, Victor Figueroa (age 61) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.
Figueroa was charged following a traffic stop on Jefferson Ave. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.
- On 12/8/2025, Kelly R Seeler (age 53) of Alden, was arrested on a warrant.
The warrant is related to an incident in January when Seeler was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. Seeler was arraigned in Batavia City Court.
