• On 10/24/2025, Kyle W Nash (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Nash allegedly stole merchandise from Quicklee’s on Oak St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 11/4/2025.

• On 10/26/2025, Derek R Comer (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Comer was charged following a traffic stop on West Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 11/11/2025. 

• On 10/29/2025, J’zon A Richardson (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued after Richardson failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court.

• On 10/25/2025, Dameon R Reeves (age 31) of Lockport, was arrested for DWI and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Reeves was arrested following a traffic stop on West Main St. During the arrest, Reeves was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 10/28/2025, Brandon C Dodd (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Dodd allegedly stole merchandise from Harbor Freight. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 10/27/2025, Thomas A Culver (age 46) of Rochester, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Culver was found in possession of narcotics, during a traffic stop on October of 2024. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 10/27/2025, Rhonda J Schirmer (age 58) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Schirmer allegedly stole merchandise from Tops. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 11/11/2025.

• On 10/21/2025, Meaghan A Conti (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested on two bench warrants.

Conti was arraigned in CAP Court and released. She is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 10/21/2025, Joshua M Bratcher (age 35) of Leroy, was arrested for False Personation.

It’s alleged that Bratcher gave a false name and date of birth to police, during a traffic stop on West Main St, in an attempt to avoid being arrested on a warrant. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court on 10/28/2025.

• On 10/24/2025, Trace G Brewer (age 25) of Batavia, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Brewer allegedly ran from police when officers attempted to detain him, in relation to a larceny investigation. During his arrest, he was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10/28/2025.

• On 10/22/2025, Edward J Sesko (age 51), was arrested for Trespass.

Sesko allegedly trespassed at the Dollar Tree, after previously being told he was not allowed on store property. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10/28/2025.

• On 10/24/2025, Cameron S Magoffin-Federico (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for Assault 3^rd, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Magoffin-Federico was charged following an investigation into a domestic incident on Washington Ave. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 10/18/2025, Marcos Velazquez (age 22) of Batavia and Nicholas D Scott (age 30) of Batavia, were arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Velazquez and Scott were arrested after an investigation into a physical altercation on Bank St. They were each issued an appearance ticket and are due in court on 10/28/2025.

• On 10/23/2025, Eric J Olverd (age 53) of Batavia, was arrested for Resisting Arrest an Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd.

Olverd allegedly shoved and police officer and resisted arrest when police attempted to arrest him on a warrant. He was issued an appearance ticket an is due in court on 11/4/2025.
