• On 11/20/2024, Tyquan D Bethel (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st, Unlawful Imprisonment 2^nd, Criminal Mischief 4^th, and Harassment 2^nd.

Bethel was arrested after police responded to a disturbance call on Pearl St. It’s alleged that he violated an order of protection by holding the victim down, refusing to let her leave, and prevented her from calling 911, by taking her phone from her. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. He is due back in court, on 12/11/2024.

• On 11/21/2024, Quincy G Styles (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for Robbery 3^rd.

Styles allegedly stole money from another person at the scene of a motor vehicle accident, by threatening to punch the driver, if he didn’t give him money. Styles was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court, on 12/12/2024.

• On 11/25/2024, Tia E Schmieder (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 1^st, Attempted Assault 1^st, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd, Criminal Mischief 4^th, and Menacing 2^nd.

Schmieder allegedly forced her way into the victim’s residence on State St and slashed him, with a knife. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 11/19/2024, Joshua D Michel (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, Tampering with Public Records 2^nd, Falsely Reporting an Incident 3^rd, and Endangering the Welfare of a Disabled Person.

Michel was charged, after an investigation into three separate incidents at a the DDSO home on New York Pl, where he was employed. Michel was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 11/19/2024.

• On 11/7/2024, John P Wittkopp (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested for Assault 2^nd.

Wittkopp allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with another person, on Spencer Ct, causing serious injury. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. He is due back in court, on 12/4/2024.

• On 11/8/2024, Thomas J Mitchell (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for one count of Petit Larceny and one count of Grand Larceny.

Mitchell alleged stole numerous tools, from a vehicle on 10/9/2024. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 11/24/2024, Nicholas C Kingdollar (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Kingdollar allegedly sent a letter to a protected party, in an order of protection, while Kingdollar was incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 11/22/2024, Sean M Conway was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

The arrest stems from an incident on 4/26/2024, when Conway was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 11/22/2024, Christine J Saab (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for Harassment 2^nd.

The warrant was issued after an incident on 11/2/2021, when Saab allegedly struck another person, during an altercation on East Main St. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/18/2024, Meaghan A Conti (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Conti was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, during a welfare check on East Main St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 11/5/2024, Warren T Cotton (age 47) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Cotton was allegedly found in the presence of a person, who has an order of protection against him. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. On 11/18/2024, Cotton was again arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd, after he allegedly violated the same order of protection, with the same victim. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 11/14/2024, Brandon M Seppe (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd and Criminal Trespass 2^nd.

Seppe allegedly entered the residence on Ellicott St, in violation of an order of protection. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 11/19/2024.

• On 11/11/2024, William T Hughes (age 68) of Batavia, was arrested for Forcible Touching.

Hughes was arrested, after an investigation into an incident on East Main St on 11/9/2024. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 11/19/2024.

• On 11/13/2024, Jose A Rivera (age 38) of Bergen, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Rivera was charged, after an investigation into a fight at The Harvester bar on 9/26/2024. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 11/10/2024, Alicia M Lyons (age 45) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Lyons allegedly had contact with a person who has an order of protection against her. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 11/26/2024.

• On 11/12/2024, Marissa B Torres (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Torres was charged, after she allegedly violated an order of protection. She was arraigned and is due back in court, on 11/19/2024.

• On 11/12/2024, Dontre R Woods (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant.

The warrant was issued after Woods failed to appear in court in August. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/2/2024, Russell S Neureuther (age 26) of Byron, was arrested for Aggravated DWI.

Neureuther was arrested after a traffic stop on Elm St, where he was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court, on 11/19/2024.

• On 11/7/2024, Hillary D Russell (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Russell threw an item at another person, during an altercation on Hutchins St. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/9/2024, Ian J Stothers (age 22) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 2^nd, Reckless Endangerment of Property, and Unnecessary Noise.

It’s alleged that Stothers, along with two other people, damaged a parking lot belonging to the City of Batavia. Stothers was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 11/3/2024, Angel R Del Valle Castillo (age 18) of Batavia, was arrested for Possession of a Forged Instrument 2^nd and Possession of a Forged Instrument 3^rd.

Castillo was arrested following a traffic stop, where he is alleged to have been operating a vehicle with a fictitious license plate and provided a forged insurance card to police. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
