• On 11/5/2025, Winston A Lockhart (age 30) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd and Criminal Contempt 1^st.

Lockhart was charged after allegedly violating an order of protection on Hutchins Pl. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. He is due back in court on 11/25/2025.

• On 10/27/2025, James L Dart (age 71) of Batavia, was arrested for Attempted Burglary 2^nd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, and Menacing 3^rd.

Dart allegedly attempted to break through his neighbor’s door, with a baseball bat, during an altercation on Tracy Ave. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/7/2025, Christine Mailloux (age 59) of Batavia, was arrested for three counts of Petit Larceny.

The charges stem from three separate incidents when Mailloux allegedly stole merchandise from Dollar General. She was issued appearance tickets and released.

• On 11/8/2025, Alexis Lopez (age 36) of the Bronx, was arrested for DWI.

Lopez was charged following a traffic stop on Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. He is due in court on 11/18/2025.

• On 11/3/2025, John P Wittkopp (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Wittkopp was arrested following a civilian complaint of a reckless driver. Wittkopp was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 11/8/2025, Warren T Cotton (age 48) of Batavia, was arrested on two bench warrants.

Both warrants are related to incidents when Cotton allegedly violated an order of protection. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 11/8/2025, Terrence D Barner (age 36) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2^nd.

Barner allegedly trespassed at Euphoria Bar and Lounge on Main St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 11/2/2025, Jacob C Pangrazio (age 28) of Elba, was arrested for DWI.

Pangrazio was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. He is due in court on 11/18/2025.

• On 11/2/2025, Alyssa M Harnish and Sarah A Malone were arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Harnish and Malone allegedly engaged in a physical fight with each other on Raymond Ave. They were both arraigned in CAP Court and released. 

• On 11/1/2025, John R Smith (age 72) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Smith was arrested following a traffic stop on Woodrow Rd. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. He is due in court on 11/18/2025.

• On 11/2/2025, Philip S Hall (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Hall was charged after a civilian complaint of an intoxicated driver on West Main St. Hall was issued several traffic tickets and released. He is due in court on 11/19/2025.

• On 11/1/2025, Stanley N Oney (age 46) of Batavia, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Oney allegedly was found in the middle of the street, on Kingsbury Ave, obstructing traffic and refusing to move out of the road. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 10/22/2025, Lukas H Cochran (age 23) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Cochran was allegedly involved in a traffic accident with an e-bike on West Main St. Cochran allegedly left the scene of the accident, but was located a short time later and found to be intoxicated. He was issued traffic tickets and released.

• On 10/30/2025, Relina N Robinson (age 21) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Robinson allegedly shoved another person, during an argument on Jackson St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. 

• On 10/31/2025, Heriberto Benitez (age 51) of Batavia, was arrested for Assault 3^rd.

Benitez allegedly punched another person in the face, during an altercation on West Main St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 10/31/2025, David M Camelio (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th and Harassment 2^nd.

Camelio allegedly pulled another person off of a moving bicycle and damaged their property, during an incident on East Main St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 11/20/2025. 

• On 10/31/2025, Jacob R Torcello (age 23) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

Torcello allegedly damaged the sideview mirror of another vehicle, during a road rage incident on Liberty St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
