• On 10/23/2025, Timothy G Welch (age 60) of Cicero, NY, was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd, Menacing 2^nd, and Harassment 2.

The warrant stems from an incident on 7/27/2025, when Welch allegedly threatened another person with a gun. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 10/20/2025, Adam L Root (age 41) of Elba, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3^rd, Reckless Endangerment 2^nd, Menacing 2^nd and Reckless Driving.

It’s alleged that Root, who was driving a semi-truck and trailer, intentionally struck another vehicle and pushed that vehicle down West Main St for several blocks. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 10/14/2025, Tierance J Davis Sr (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st and Burglary 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Davis violated an order of protection by being inside the residence of the protected person. He was arraigned in CAP Court. He is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 10/22/2025, Gloria L Peckham (age 65) of Batavia, was arrested on two warrants.

The warrants were issued when Peckham failed to appear in court on Harassment charges. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 10/15/2025, Charles J Rodriguez (age 49) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Rodriguez allegedly stole merchandise from Quicklee’s. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. Rodriguez was trespassed from the store and told he was no longer allowed on the property. Later that day, Rodriguez returned to Quicklee’s. He was then arrested for Trespassing. He was issued another appearance ticket. He is due in court on 10/28/2025.

• On 10/21/2025, Bill A Thomas (age 66) of Batavia, was arrested for Trespassing.

Thomas was allegedly located at the Batavia City Centre, where he had previously been trespassed. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 10/21/2025, Richard A Miller (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested on two warrants.

The first warrant stems from an incident on 6/5/2025, when Miller was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 4^th. The second warrant is related to an incident on 6/11/2025, when he was charged with Criminal Trespass 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 10/21/2025, Jeanna M Hattaway (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued when Hattaway allegedly failed to appear in court on a Petit Larceny charge. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 10/20/2025, Benjamin G Evans (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

Evans was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd in July of 2024. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 10/17/2025, Cylie R Gebo (age 28) of Palmyra, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

Gebo was initially charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence on 9/24/2025, when she allegedly attempted to destroy drug paraphernalia, during a traffic stop on West Main St. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court.

• On 10/18/2025, Juan A Claudio (age 24) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued after Claudio failed to appear in court on a Criminal Contempt 2^nd charge. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

• On 10/15/2025, Steven J Godinho (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

Godinho was initially charged with Petit Larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Quicklee’s. The warrant was issued when he failed to appear in court. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.
