• On 10/13/2025, Savatore Dellapenna (age 57) of Batavia, was arrested for Grand Larceny 4^th.

It’s alleged that Dellapenna stole an iPhone out of another person’s shopping cart at Tops. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 10/7/2025, Tierrance J Davis (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd and Criminal Contempt 1^st.

It’s alleged that Davis was inside a residence in violation of an order of protection. He was also arrested on an unrelated Bench Warrant. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 10/2/2025, Nickol R Burnett (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued when Burnett failed to appear in court after being issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket, in July. She was arraigned and released.

• On 10/9/2025, Jessica R Radka (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for Petit Larceny.

Radka allegedly stole merchandise from Quicklee’s on Oak St on 9/22/2025. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.
