- On 10/7/2026, Branden R Flanagan (age 18) of Batavia, was arrested for Attempted Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor.
It’s alleged that Flanagan sent explicit material to a person that he believed to be a minor. Flanagan was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
- On 10/11/2026, Marlon V Miller (age 59) of Batavia, was arrested for Aggravated DWI.
Miller was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.
- On 10/12/2026, Jason L Lawrence (age 46) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Reckless Endangerment 2nd.
Lawrence allegedly placed another person in a chokehold, while at a residence on Williams St. He then drove recklessly, with the victim in the passenger seat, while threatening to intentionally crash the car. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court.
- On 10/9/2026, Jacqueline R Garrett (age 47) of Batavia, was arrested for Appearing in Public Under the Influence of Drugs.
Garrett was allegedly located huffing a can of keyboard cleaner at a business on Oak St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- On 10/7/2026, LeeAnne Krull (age 57) of Batavia, was arrested for Theft of Services.
Krull allegedly failed to pay for her food at the Miss Batavia Restaurant. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
- On 9/25/2026, Shaquinten M Hill (age 31) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Hill allegedly struck and shoved another person, during a domestic incident on S Lyon St. A 4-year-old child was present and witnessed the incident. Hill was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.
- On 10/12/2026, Brianna D Foser (age 20) of Rochester, Finnegan O Whalen (age 20) of Rochester, and Nathan S Callaro (age 24) of Rochester, were arrested for Criminal Trespass 2nd.
It’s alleged that all three illegally entered a building on State St. They were each issued an appearance ticket and released.
