Arrests

1. Burglary 2^nd; Unlawful Imprisonment 2^nd; Criminal Mischief 4th, 6:10 PM, Sunday, July 31, 2022, Highland Pk. – On 7/31/2022, Anthony S. BROOKS, M/32 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above charges. The arrest comes after Officers responded to an address on Highland Pk, for a domestic incident. BROOKS was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge BURNS and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 bond and $20,000 partially secured bond. He is due back in court on 8/4/2022.
    
2. Petit Larceny, 4:00 AM, Saturday, July 23, 2022, Ellicott St. – On 8/1/2022, Brian M. CLARK, M/45 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge. CLARK, allegedly was caught taking alcohol from his employer, a local business, and then consuming it while at work. CLARK was processed, issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 8/16/2022 at 1:00 PM and released.
    
3. Criminal Trespass 2^nd, 3:00 AM, Thursday, July 28, 2022, Ellicott St. – Leonard E. AGUAYO, M/35 of Rochester, NY, was arrested on 7/28/2022 for the listed charge. It is alleged that AGUAYO opened the window of a residence, reached inside, and threw an object at another individual. AGUAYO was processed at BPDHQ and arraigned in BCC by Judge BURNS at 10:13 AM. AGUAYO was ROR’d and is due back in BCC on 8/11/2022 at 1:30 PM.
    
4. Criminal Contempt 1^st, 9:23 PM, Wednesday, July 27, 2022, S. Main St. – On 7/27/2022, Officer POST arrested Katherine J. BRIGGS, F/43 of Batavia, NY, for criminal contempt 1st degree after she allegedly had contact with an individual who has an order of protection against her. BRIGGS was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of 8/2/2022 at 1:00 PM to Batavia City Court.
