Arrests
- Failure to appear, 12:00 PM, Tuesday, October 11, 2022, W. Main St. – On 11/2/2022, Jason H. FREEMAN, M/41 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant and a bench warrant from Batavia City Court. FREEMAN was arraigned by Judge ROGERS and remanded to the GCJ on $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond, and $20,000 surety bond. He is due back in court on 11/16/2022.
- Strangulation 2nd; Criminal Mischief 4th, 2:00 AM, Saturday, August 6, 2022, Liberty St. – Stephen E. PIKE, M/26 of Pavilion, NY, was arrested on 11/2/2022 at 10:00 AM following an investigation into an alleged domestic incident. PIKE was arraigned in Batavia City Court for Strangulation 2nd Degree, and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. PIKE was held without bail and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. PIKE is set to return to court on 11/15/2022 at 1:00 PM.
- Burglary 2nd; Criminal Mischief 4th; Grand Larceny 4th; Criminal Possession of stolen property 4th, 15:04 PM, Monday, October 31, 2022, Tracy Ave. – On 10/31/2022, Jacqueese X. WAPNIESKI, M/19 of Batavia, NY, was arrested after he allegedly broke into a house causing damage stealing various household items. WAPNIEWSKI was arraigned in Batavia City Court on 11/01/2022 at 9:39 AM by Judge ROGERS, and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. WAPNIEWSKI is due back in Batavia City Court on 11/15/2022 at 1:00 PM.
- Harassment 2nd, 2:00 AM, Sunday, October 30, 2022, Pringle Ave. – ON 10/31/2022, Tamera A. INNOCENT, F/25 of Dansville, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident that took place on 10/30/2022. It is alleged that INNOCENT struck a male in the face with a closed fist during a domestic incident. INNOCENT was issued an appearance ticket scheduled for a later date.
- Harassment 2nd, 9:51 PM, Saturday, October 29, 2022, E. Main St. – On 10/29/2022, at approximately 10:27 PM, Joanne JONES, F/53 of Buffalo, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd following a disturbance at a residential facility on E. Main St. JONES was arrested and released with an appearance ticket with a return court date of 11/15/2022 at 1:00 PM.
