- Harassment 2nd, 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 3, 2022, S. Main St. – On 11/10/2022, Martin F. JONES, M/51 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge after an alleged physical domestic incident on 11/3/2022. JONES was issued an appearance ticket and is set to appear in Batavia City Court on 11/15/2022 at 1:00 PM.
- Driving While Intoxicated; Speed in Zone; Avoiding intersections; Open Container of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle, 5:38 PM, Sunday, November 13, 2022, Chestnut St. – On 11/13/2022, Jason S. WOOD, M/44 of Batavia, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a traffic offense where he was found to be allegedly operating his vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. WOOD was issued several tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court on a later date.
- Harassment 2nd; Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 11:13 AM, Tuesday, November 15, 2022, 104 East Ave. – On 11/15/2022, Cassandra L. BRUNEA, F/49 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. BRUNEA, allegedly threatened to strike a female while she was holding a child. BRUNEA was processed at BPD, arraigned in BCC before Judge ROGERS and released with a return date of 11/18/2022 at 9:00 AM.
- Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree, 9:30 AM, Sunday, November 13, 2022, E. Main St. – Alexander C. SCHWARTZ, M/26, of Rochester, NY was arrested on the above charge following a traffic stop on E. Main St. Rd. in Batavia. SCHWARTZ was allegedly operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license, as he had 34 active suspensions. SCHWARTZ was arraigned on 11/14/2022 in Batavia City Court in front of Judge ROGERS and was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. SCHWARTZ is scheduled to re-appear in court on 12/14/2022 at 2:00 PM.
