1. Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2^nd Degree, 3:36 PM, Tuesday, October 4, 2022, Main St. – Christina M. SANCHEZ-ANDERSON, F/34 of Bergen, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge after she allegedly led police on a brief foot pursuit after being stopped for active warrants. SANCHEZ-ANDERSON was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to BCC on 10/14/2022 at 9:00AM and remanded to GCJ on her warrants.
    
2. Driving While Ability Impaired – Drugs; Uninspected Motor Vehicle, 5:23 PM, Saturday, July 30, 2022, Mix Pl. – On 10/1/2022, Tammy L. CICATELLO, F/52 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. The Charges area a result of a traffic stop where CICATELLO was suspected of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. CICATELLO failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. CICATELLO was released on tickets returnable to BCC on 10/18/2022 at 1:00 PM.
    
3. Driving While Intoxicated; Driving While Intoxicated 0.08% or more BAC, 7:57 PM, Wednesday, September 28, 2022, Court St. – Marcia R. GOODENBERY, F/70 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges following an investigation in to a complaint to check her welfare after she was allegedly observed appearing intoxicated at a local business and returning to her vehicle. GOODENBERY was issued UTT’s, returnable to BCC on 10/19/22 and released.
