1. Bench Warrant, 12:47 PM, Thursday, March 3, 2022, E. Main St. – On 10/18/2022, Rufus G. JOHNSON, M/29 of N. Chili, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant. JOHNSON was arraigned in City Court and was ROR’d. JOHNSON is scheduled to appear back in City Court on 10/20/2022 at 1:30 PM.
    
2. Failure to Appear, 11:26 AM, Saturday, June 25, 2022, State St. – Tammy M. ACE, F/47 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Batavia City Court on a charge of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. ACE was arraigned in Batavia City Court and is scheduled to appear on 10/25/2022 at 1:00 PM.
    
3. Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd Degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, 10:37 AM, Sunday, September 25, 2022, Summit St. – On 10/18/2022, Jeffrey A. HEWITT M/43 of LeRoy, NY, was arrested for the above stated charges, after further investigation into a previous traffic stop. HEWITT was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers in Batavia City Court on all charges in this case. HEWITT was remanded to the Genesee County Jail and is to appear at a later date.
    
4. Bench Warrant, 2:04 AM, Tuesday, May 4, 2021, N. Spruce St. – Thomas M. TACITO, M/62 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 10/17/2022 on two outstanding bench warrants. TACITO was arraigned in Batavia City Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail until his next court appearance on 10/26/2022 at 3:00 PM.
    
5. Criminal Mischief 2^nd Degree, 8:54 PM, Monday, September 12, 2022, Jefferson Square. – On 10/13/2022, Jill M. TURNER, F/40 of Batavia, NY was arrested on the above listed charge. TURNER allegedly damaged an individual’s vehicle in a municipal parking lot. TURNER was arraigned in Batavia City Court and ROR’d. TURNER is set to return to Batavia City Court on 10/27/2022 at 1:30 PM.
    
6. Harassment 2^nd; Forcible Touching, 8:15 PM, Friday, October 14, 2022, E. Main St. – Aron Q. BREW, M/51 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 10/14/2022 for the above stated charges following an investigation into a sex offense. BREW allegedly attempted to get another person to touch his genitalia and subjected that person to physical contact. BREW was given an appearance ticket for 10/18/2022 at 1:00 PM.
    
7. Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree, 10:30 AM, Saturday, September 17, 2022, Dellinger Ave. – On 10/13/2022, at 1:30 PM, Russell J. HAMILTON, M/32 of Brockport, NY, was arrested on two arrest warrants out of Batavia City Court for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. HAMILTON was arraigned in BCC and held on bail, to appear in Batavia City Court on 11/03/2022 at 1:30 PM.
