Arrests 9/06/2023 - 9/19/2023
- Scott M. Hinckley (age 37) of Batavia was charged on 9/6/2023 with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation by members of the Detective Bureau and Patrol officers. Hinckley was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Tonya M. Weber (age 39) of Batavia was arrested on a bench warrant on 9/6/2023 after failing to appear in County Court on the following charges; Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts), Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Weber was arraigned in County Court and held on bail.
- Misty R. Scutt (age 34) of Attica was arrested on a bench warrant on 9/6/2023 after failing to appear in City Court on the following charges; Driving While Ability Impaired - misdemeanor. Scutt was arraigned in City Court and ROR'd to appear 9/26/2023 in City Court.
- Deanna L. Smith (age39) of Batavia was arrested on 9/6/2023 with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI - BAC .18% or more and Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street. Scutt was issured traffic tickets and is to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Robert L. Drennen (age 41) of Batavia was charged on 9/6/2023 with Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol and Open Container of Alcohol in a Vehicle following a complaint of a male passed out in a vehicle in the MacArthur Park. Drennen was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Debrorah M. Cross (age 51) of Batavia was charged with multiple counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching following a lengthy investigation by the Detective Bureau, assisted by Patrol. It is alleged that Cross did act in a manner that endangered the welfare of an individual with disabilities. Cross was issued appearance tickets to appears in City Court at a later date.
- Thomas J. Domion (age 29) of Richfield Springs, NY was arrested on 9/11/2023 for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% BAC or more following a traffic stop on Oak Street for an equipment violation. Domion was issued traffic tickets to appear at a later date in City Court.
- Paul Lee (age 51) of Rochester was arrested on 9/11/2023 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Stolen Credit Card, Petit Larceny (2 counts) and Identity Theft (2 counts). The charges come as a result of an investigation by Patrol officers, with the assistance from the Detective Bureau, following a complaint of a stolen debit card that was used at several area businesses. Lee was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the of the Genesee County Jail, he is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Joshua J. Dalle (age 30) of Batavia was arrested on 9/11/2023 following a disturbance on Maple Street where it is alleged that he struck another individual. Dalle was charged with Harassment 2nd degree, arraigned and released to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Tatyanna M. White (age 20) of Batavia was arrested on 9/14/2023 following an incident on Dellinger Avenue where it is alleged she damaged property belonging to another individual without their consent. White was charged with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree. White was arraigned in CAP court, released and scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Ashton L. Mohney (age 33) of Batavia was arrested on 9/14/2023 following an investigation into a violation of an order of protection on Ross Street. Mohney was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree, arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on bail to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Ashton L. Mohney (age 33) of Batavia was arrested on 9/15/2023 following an investigation into a violation of an order of protection on Ross Street. Mohney was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree and Aggravated Harassment. Mohney was arraigned in CAP Court and committed to Genesee County Jail on bail to appear at a later date in City Court.
- Denise M. Roberts (age 62) of Rochester was arrested on 9/15/2023 following an investigation into a burglary in progress on North Spruce Street. Roberts was charged Burglary 2nd degree, Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief. It is alleged that Roberts forcibly entered an apartment, causing damage in the process and stolen items. Roberts was arraigned and committed to the Genesee County Jail on cash bail to appear at a later date in City Court.
- George J. Budzinack (age 43) of Batavia was arrested on an arrest warrant out of City Court after having failed to appear on an appearance ticket on the charge of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. Budzinack was arraigned in CAP court, released and is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Brandon C. Pinzon (age 49) of Roselle, NJ was charged with Harassment following a complaint he made threats towards an individual at UMMC on 9/17/2023. Pinzon was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court at a later date.
- Angelo P. Mana (age 49) of Batavia was charged with Petit Larceny following a shoplifitng complaint at Tops Market on 9/17/2023. Mana was issued an appearance ticket to appear at City Court on a later date.
- Michael J. Holler (age 37) of Rochester was charged with Petit Larceny following an investigation into a larceny complaint at 7-Eleven on 9/18/2023. Holler was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Benjamin G. Evans (age 34) of Batavia was charged with Trespass and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree following an investigation by patrol and the Genesee County Probation Department. Evans and another individual were found to be inside a vacant building on Swan Street without permission on 9/19/2023. Evans was issued appearance tickets to appear in City Court at a later date.
- Jessica M. Horton (age 33) of Batavia was charged with Trespass following an investigation by patrol and the Genesee County Probation Department. Horton and another individual were found to be inside a vacant building on Swan Street without permission on 9/18/2023. Horton was issued an appearance ticket and turned over to the Probation Department. Horton is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
