On 6/15/2023, Susan M Jordan was arrested for Harassment 2^nd after an investigation into an incident on State St, where Jordan allegedly pushed another person, during an argument. Jordan was issued an appearance ticket. The incident was investigated by Officer Mruczek.

2. Diana F Curcio-Abou (age 43) of Pittsford is charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Speeding.

On 6/14/2023, Diana F Curcio-Abou was arrested following a traffic stop on West Main St, where she was allegedly found to be operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more. Curcio-Abou was issued traffic tickets and released. The investigation was conducted by Officer Freeman and Officer Martinez.

3. Daniel J Bakowski (age 42) of Ellicott St was arrested on a bench warrant.

On 6/12/2023, Daniel J Bakowski was arrested on a bench warrant from Batavia City Court. The warrant was issued on 2/14/2023, after Bakowski allegedly failed to appear in court. Bakowski was originally arrested on 1/18/2023 on charges of Assault 3^rd, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Mischief 4^th, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2^nd. Bakowski was also charged with an additional charge of Bail Jumping 3^rd. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $2,000 cash bail. The arrest was handled by Officer Post.

4. Sarah A Malone (age 41) of Graham St was arrested on a bench warrant.

On 6/14/2023, Sarah A Malone was arrested on a bench warrant, from Batavia City Court. The warrant was issued on 5/19/2023, after Malone allegedly failed to appear on charges of Theft of Services and Criminal Impersonation 2^nd. Malone was arraigned in CAP Court and released. The arrest was handled by Officer Davis and Officer Martinez.

5. Jennifer J Hogan (age 32) of Rochester was arrested on three bench warrants.

On 6/15/2023, Jennifer J Hogan was arrested on three bench warrants from Batavia City Court. All three warrants were issued on 8/18/2020, after Hogan allegedly failed to appear in court. The first warrant is the result of an investigation into a robbery on Hutchins St on 10/2/2019 where Hogan was charged with Robbery 2^nd. The other two warrants stem from an incident on 10/8/2019 where Hogan was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on the Highway, after a traffic stop on North Spruce St. Hogan was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. The arrest was handled by Officer Davis and Officer Martinez.

6. Christopher M Waide (age 31) of Bank St, is charged with Harrassment 2^nd.

On 6/14/2023, Christopher M Waide was arrested for Harassment 2^nd. It’s alleged that Waide played noise through an amplifier and banged on the walls of his apartment, with the intent to annoy and alarm his neighbor. Waide was issued an appearance ticket. The case was handled by Officer Post and Sgt Coffey.

7. Latoya D Jackson (age 37) of East Main St was arrested on three bench warrants.

On 6/7/2023, Latoya D Jackson was arrested on three bench warrants, from Batavia City Court. The first warrant stems from an incident in June of 2022, on State St, where Jackson was charged with Harassment 2^nd. The second warrant stems from another incident in June of 2022 at an address on East main St, where Jackson violated an order of protection and was charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd. The final warrant is the result of an incident in February of 2023, where Jackson was located, during a traffic stop, having several active warrants. Jackson allegedly fought with Officers, as they attempted to take her into custody. She was charged with Resisting Arrest.

Jackson was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. The arrest was handled by Officer Quider and Officer Post.
