1. Brittany L Hollaert (age 26) of St Paul St in Rochester and Breanna Brummond (age 32) of Lexington Ave in Rochester are charged with Criminal Trespass Third.

On 2/3/23, two females led GCSO deputies on a brief pursuit in a U-Haul van after an

incident in the Town of Batavia before the pursuit was ultimately terminated. The van was located

abandoned on Pickthorn Dr. in the City of Batavia a short time later by Officer Quider, at which

time K9 Batu was deployed to assist in locating the suspects. The search continued to the area

of Burke Drive where it was believed that the suspects went into a residence. A short time later,

BPD was advised that the suspects were invited inside a residence for a brief time to warm up

before allegedly fleeing from the residence with coats that belonged to the home owner. K9 Batu

was re-deployed and the search continued. The suspects were allegedly located in a shed behind

a residence on Genesee St. The two females, identified as Brittany Hollaert and Breanna

Brummond, both of Rochester, were taken into custody without further incident. While being

taken into custody, it was learned that one of the suspects had taken a set of car keys while

inside the residence on Burke Drive and attempted to steal the home owner’s car. The pair were

arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd, Attempted Grand Larceny 4th of a Motor

Vehicle, and Petit Larceny. The pair were issued appearance tickets and scheduled to appear in

Batavia City Court at a later date. The pair face additional charges out of GCSO for the incident in the Town of Batavia and for failing to yield.

2. Cordero L. Royes (age 35) of W Main St in Batavia is charged with Criminal Contempt Second and Burglary Second.

On 2/8/23 PO Quider arrested Cordero Royes for Criminal Contempt Second and Burglary Second after he was found in a Batavia residence allegedly in violation of a stay away order of protection. Royes was arraigned in BCC and remanded to the GCJ without bail to reappear in BCC at a later date.

3. Jarrod K Fotiathis (age 28) homeless, is charged with Burglary Second, Petit Larceny and Identity Theft Second.

On 2/6/23 PO Post arrested Jarrod Fotiathis for the above charges after he allegedly entered a persons residence where he stole property and personal information.  He then allegedly used the information to defraud the person.  Fotiathis was arraigned in BCC and custody remanded to the GCJ in lieu of $2,000 cash or $5,000 bond.  Fotiathis is scheduled to reappear in BCC at a later date.

4. Toni B Crenshaw (age 30) of Church Street in Lockport is charged with DWI Second Conviction, Aggravated DWI .18% or more Second Offense, and Failure to Keep Right.

On 2/4/23 PO Gombos arrested Toni Crenshaw for DWI Second Offense, Aggravated DWI .18% or more Second Offense and Failure to Keep Right, after a traffic stop.  Crenshaw was issued traffic tickets and released to appear in BCC at a later date.

5. Arthur J Brown (age 46) of Britton Road in Rochester is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Third, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest, and Tampering with Evidence.

On 1/31/23 PO Rissinger arrested Arthur Brown on the above charges. The charges stem from a traffic stop where Brown is alleged to have fled from officers on foot as they tried to place him under arrest and he attempted to hide a quantity of cocaine in a bush.  Brown was arrested and arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and held in GCJ. 

6. Jonathan K Banks (age 30) of Park Rd in Batavia is charged with Resisting Arrest, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Obstructing Governmental Administration.

On 1/31/23 PO Gombos arrested Jonathan Banks for the above charges after an investigation in to a traffic stop.  During the investigation it is alleged that Banks was found to have crack-cocaine on his person.  Banks then attempted to flee on foot and fight with officers before being taken in to custody.  Banks was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and held in the GCJ.

7. Nikita N Shook (age 36) of E Main Street in Batavia was arrested on a bench warrant out of Batavia City Court.

On 2/2/23 PO DeFelice arrested Nikita Shook on three outstanding warrants issued by Batavia City Court (2 bench, 1 arrest).  Shook was arraigned at BCC and held at GCJ pending her next appearance. 

8. Cassandra L Elmore (age 31) of River Street in Batavia was arrested on two bench warrants issued by the Batavia City Court.

On 2/2/23 PO DeFelice arrested Cassandra Elmore on two bench warrants issued by the Batavia City Court.  The first bench warrant stems from Elmore failing to appear in court after being arrested on 8/30/22 for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Third, Operate a Motor Vehicle Without Inspection, and two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  The second bench warrant stems from Elmore failing to appear in court after being arrested on 9/10/22 for Obstructing Governmental Administration.  Elmore was arraigned in BCC and held at the GCJ in lieu of $100,000 A, $100,000 B, and $250,000 E bail for each warrant.  Elmore is scheduled to appear in BCC on 3/2/23 at 1:30 pm.

9. A 16 year old female from Albion was arrested for Harassment Second.

On 1/24/23 PO Gombos arrested a 16 year old female from Albion after an investigation into a physical dispute between two juveniles on Cherry Street.  She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in BCC and released.

10. Salvatore M Motisi (age 68) of Woodland Ave in Farmingdale is charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On 2/1/23 PO Rissinger arrested Salvatore Motisi for DWI.  Motisi allegedly drove his car over an embankment and was then found to have been driving while intoxicated.  Motisi was issued traffic tickets and released to appear in BCC on 2/22/23.

11. Jenna L Josephite (age 34) of W Main St in Batavia is charged with Trespass.

On 2/4/23 PO Mruczek arrested Jenna Josephite for Trespass at a local residence.  Josephite was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear in BCC on 2/21/23 at 1:00 pm. 

12. Aamir K Holloway (age 23) of E Main Street in Batavia is charged with Harassment Second.

On 2/6/23 PO Crossett arrested Aamir Holloway for Harassment 2^nd.  Holloway was arraigned in BCC and released with a return date of 2/22/23 at 2:00 pm.

13. Zakara R Jackson (age 19) of Trumbull Parkway in Batavia was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the BCC and additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Seventh.

On 2/5/23 PO Moscicki arrested Zakara Jackson for a bench warrant issued by BCC after she failed to appear for a previous arrest.  Jackson was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Jackson was held at GCJ to await arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
