1. Raymond Amaro (age 36) of East Main Street in Batavia is charged with robbery 3rd, assault 2nd, grand larceny 4th, reckless endangerment 2nd, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
On 4/4/23 PO Rissinger arrested Raymond Amaro for the above charges. It is alleged that while at an apartment complex on East Main Street, Amaro forcibly stole car keys from an acquaintance and then struck her with the vehicle while fleeing the scene. Amaro was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held on bail.
2. Robert L Drennen Sr. (age 41) of Holley Street in Brockport is charged with grand larceny 4th.
On 3/30/23 PO Girvin arrested Robert Drennen for grand larceny 4th after he allegedly stole an acquaintance's debit card and withdrew money without permission. Drennen was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear in BCC on 4/11/23 at 1:30pm.
3. Leonard E Aguayo (age 36) of Cross Street in Rochester is charged with criminal trespass 2nd and resisting arrest.
On 3/30/23 PO Freeman arrested Leonard Aguayo on a Batavia City Court warrant for criminal trespass 2nd. Aguayo allegedly resisted arrest on the warrant and was additionally charged with resisting arrest. The warrant was issued after an investigation in to a domestic incident at a residence on South Main Street. Aguayo was arraigned at Batavia City Court.
4. Cody J Nichols (age 38) of North Street in Caledonia is charged with petit larceny.
On 4/04/23 PO Crossett arrested Cody Nichols for petit larceny. Nichols allegedly stole items totaling more than $300 from a local super market. Nichols was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/18/23 at 1:00pm and released.
5. Samantha L Tate (age 30) of Federal Drive in Batavia is charged with improper turn and DWI drugs.
On 3/31/23 PO Freeman arrested Samantha Tate for improper turn and DWI drugs after a traffic stop on Ellicott Avenue. Tate was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/05/23.
6. Rickie L Pitts (age 56) of Prospect Avenue in Medina is charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, and no/inadequate headlamps.
On 4/02/23 PO Tucker arrested Rickie Pitts on the above charges following a traffic stop on Main Street at Jefferson Avenue. It is alleged that Pitts was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and that his license was suspended.
