1. Heather N Holbrook (age 38) of Walnut Street in Batavia is charged with criminal possession of a narcotic with the intent to sell 3^rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 4^th.

On 5/17/23 PO Rissinger arrested Heather Holbrook on the above charges.  Charges stem from a traffic stop on East Main Street where HOLBROOK was found to have an active warrant out of the Genesee County Sheriffs Office. HOLBROOK was then allegedly found to have a significant quantity of a narcotic in her possession. HOLBROOK was processed by BPD, and arraigned in BCC and released HOLBROOK on her own reconnaissance to return in BCC on 06/01/2023 at 1:30 PM.

2. Jeremy P Holbrook (age 40) of West Bergen Road in Bergen is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7^th.

On 5/17/23 PO Rissinger arrested Jeremy Holbrook for the above charge.  It is alleged that HOLBROOK was in possession of a controlled substance that was discovered during a traffic stop on East Main Street. HOLBROOK was issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 6/06/2023 at 1:00 PM, and released.

3. Nathaniel L Beglinger (age 31) of Peaviner Road in Alexander is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7^th, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2^nd and obstructed view.

On 5/17/23 PO Rissinger arrested Nathaniel Beglinger on the above charges. Charges stem from a traffic stop on East Main Street where BEGLINGER was the vehicle operator and allegedly found in possession of a controlled substance. BEGLINGER was processed at BPD and issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 06/06/2023 at 1:00 PM.

4. Rosemary R Waters (age 37) of East Main Street in Batavia is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7^th.

On 5/17/23 PO Rissinger arrested Rosemary Waters on the above charge.  It is alleged that WATERS was in possession of a controlled substance discovered by police during a traffic stop on East Main Street.  WATERS was arraigned in BCC on 5/18/2023 and held on $1.00 cash bail, and is scheduled to return to BCC on 5/30/2023 at 1:00 PM.

5. Chantel C Holmes (age 23) of Walden Creek Drive in Batavia is charged with assault 3^rd and criminal mischief 4^th.

On 5/08/23 PO Freeman arrested Chantel Holmes for the above charges when she appeared at Batavia City Court on another matter.  The arrest stems from a disturbance at a residence on Ellicott Street on 5/07/23.  Holmes is alleged to have struck another individual in the head with a shovel causing injury, as well as damaging property. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released to appear at a later date.

6. Donald F Koziol (age 55) of Franklin Street in Batavia is charged with driving while intoxicated and no or insufficient tail lamps.

On 5/14/23 PO Tucker arrested Donald KOZIOL on the above charges following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street. KOZIOL was issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/31/2023 at 0900 am for arraignment.

7. Ashley Davis (age 34) of Walden Creek Drive is charged with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operator, and unsafe backing.

On 05/08/2023 PO Mruczek arrested Ashley Davis for the above charges after investigating a report of a vehicle backing over a sidewalk curb and into another vehicle in a parking lot on North Street. DAVIS was released with traffic tickets and is to appear in Batavia City Court on 05/24/2023 at 9:00am.

8. A 17 year old female of Ellicott Street in Batavia is charged with harassment 2^nd.

On 5/14/23 PO Post arrested a 17 year old female for the above charge after she allegedly struck another individual at a local park.  She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm and released.

9. Kevin M McCoy (age 56) of East Main Street in Batavia is charged with trespass and harassment 2^nd.

On 5/12/23 PO Martinez arrested Kevin McCoy on the above listed charges following a physical altercation which occurred at a local business on East Main Street. He was arrested on scene and transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court. He was ROR'd and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/2023 at 1:00 PM.

10. Lakeisha A Gibson (age 36) of Park Road in Batavia is charged with criminal contempt 2^nd.

On 5/15/23 PO Crossett arrested Lakeisha Gibson for criminal contempt 2^nd for failing to obey a subpoena to appear at a trial.  Gibson was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm and released.

11. Carolyn L Kurek (age 80) of West Main Street in Batavia is charged with trespass and harassment 2^nd.

On 5/16/23 PO Tucker arrested Carolyn Kurek for the above charges.  It is alleged that Kurek refused to leave a location on North Street.  After Officers spent a lengthy time negotiating with her she failed to leave and when Police were removing her she kicked and scratched them to avoid leaving.  Kurek was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm and transported to her apartment where she was released.

12. Zakara R Jackson (age 19) of Trumbull Parkway in Batavia is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7^th.

On 5/16/23 PO Gombos arrested Zakara Jackson for the above charge.  Jackson was arrested on outstanding bench warrants when she was allegedly found to be in possession of a narcotic and drug paraphernalia.  Jackson was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and released.

13. Jeanette L Higgins (age 47) of Ganson Avenue in Batavia is charged with harassment 2^nd.

On 5/15/23 PO Yung arrested Jeanette Higgins for harassment 2^nd after she allegedly threw an acquaintence to the ground during an argument.  Higgins was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm. 

14. Teesean T Ayala (age 24) of Walnut Street in Batavia is charged with trespass, obstruction of governmental administration, and criminal impersonation.

On 5/21/2023 at about 6:05 AM, City of Batavia Police responded to Vine St for the report of a male entering driveways and checking car door handles. City police were able to locate the male, identified as Teesean Ayala. Ayala lead city police on a foot pursuit through backyards in the northeast section of the city.  Ayala was eventually apprehended and charged with Trespass, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, and Criminal Impersonation. Ayala is due to appear in Batavia City Court on 6/6/2023 at 1:00 PM for arraignment.
