1. Michael E Loveless (age 59) of Imperial Drive in Webster is charged with grand larceny 4^th and unauthorized use of a vehicle 3^rd.

On 5/10/23 PO Girvin arrested Michael Loveless on the above charges.  It is alleged that Loveless entered and drove away with a vehicle that was parked at a local gas station while the owner was inside the store.  The vehicle was tracked using its GPS system and located in Lockport with Loveless still occupying the vehicle.  Loveless was taken in to custody by Lockport Police and turned over to Batavia Police.  Loveless was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Rogers and held until his re-appearance on 5/23/23 at 1:00pm. 

2. Josia G J Culver (age 18) of Tracy Avenue in Batavia is charged with criminal mischief 3^rd.

On 5/05/23 PO Freeman arrested Culver for criminal mischief 3^rd.  It is alleged that Culver damaged an ATM screen on Bank Street with a rock.  Culver was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and held without bail to appear in Batavia City Court at a later date.

3. Alisha A Soule (age 26) of Route 237 in Stafford is charged with criminal contempt 2^nd.

On 5/04/23 PO Freeman arrested Alisha Soule for criminal contempt 2^nd after she turned herself in at Batavia Police Headquarters.  It is alleged that Soule made contact with an individual through a third party in violation of an order of protection.  Soule was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/24/23 at 3:00 pm. 

4. Ashley Davis (age 34) of Walden Creek Drive in Batavia is charged with harassment 2^nd.

On 5/08/23 PO Rissinger arrested Davis for harassment 2^nd.  It is alleged that while in custody on another matter, Davis kicked a police officer.  Davis was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm.

5. Corey A Brown (age 37) of Ellicott Street in Batavia is charged with harassment 2^nd.

On 5/10/23 PO Defelice arrested Brown for harassment 2^nd.  It is alleged that Brown struck another person in the face at a residence on Ellicott Street.  Brown was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on his own recognizance to re-appear in Batavia City Court on 5/16/23 at 1:00 pm. 

6. William H Smith Jr. (age 45) of Bank Street in Batavia was arrested on a Batavia City Court bench warrant.

Smith was originally arrested for DWI and other charges on 2/07/21 and released with traffic tickets.  Smith failed to appear and was arrested on a warrant on 11/14/21 where he was ordered released with an appearance ticket.  Smith failed to appear and another warrant was issued whereupon he was arrested by PO Defelice on 5/10/23.  Smith was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under supervision to re-appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm.

7. Krista S Kiblin (age 32) of Mason Avenue in Rochester was arrested on a Batavia City Court bench warrant.

Kiblin was originally arrested on 1/27/23 for petit larceny after she allegedly stole merchandise from a business on East Main Street.  Kiblin was issued an appearance ticket.  Kiblin failed to appear in court and a bench warrant was issued.  Kiblin was arrested on the warrant on 5/03/23 by PO Messmer.  Kiblin was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court.  Status unknown.

8. Jessica L Holtz (age 39) of Austin Street in Rochester was arrested on two Batavia City Court bench warrants.

The first bench warrant stems from a petit larceny charge at a local convenience store on 11/18/2021.  Holtz was originally arrested on 11/27/2021 where she was issued an appearance ticket.  Holtz was then arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear on 2/02/2022 where she was arraigned in BCC and released.  Holtz was then arrested on another bench warrant for failing to appear on 5/1/2022 where she was arraigned in BCC and released.  Holtz was then arrested on 1/29/2023 for failing to appear and held for Centralized Arraignment Part Court, status unknown.  Holtz was then arrested on 3/11/23 on a bench warrant for failing to appear and held for Centralized Arraignment Part Court, status unknown.  Finally, Holtz was arrested on 5/02/23 by PO Crossett and arraigned in Batavia City Court.  

The second bench warrant stems from a petit larceny charge from a local church on 11/27/2021.  Holtz was arrested on an arrest warrant on 2/02/2022, arraigned at BCC and released.  She was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear on 5/01/2022, arraigned at BCC and released.  Holtz was then arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear on 1/29/2023 and held for Centralized Arraignment Part Court, status unknown.  Holtz was then arrested on 3/11/23 on a bench warrant for failing to appear and held for Centralized Arraignment Part Court, status unknown.  Finally, Holtz was arrested on 5/02/23 by PO Crossett and arraigned in Batavia City Court.  Holtz is ordered to pay $0.79 restitution and sentenced to two months incarceration.
