1. Burglary 3^rd  Degree; Grand Larceny 4^th Degree, 5:44 AM, Sunday, August 1, 2021, E. Main St. – On 8/28/2021, Michael ROBBINS, M/61 of Batavia, NY was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows an investigation of a burglary that occurred in the morning of 8/1/2021. Where ROBBINS allegedly unlawfully entered a building and sole various material. ROBBINS was arraigned in BCC by Judge BURNS. ROBBINS is held at GCJ. ROBBINS is scheduled in BCC on 9/2/2021.
    
2. Bench Warrant – Failure to Appear, 9:00 AM, Thursday, August 12, 2021, W. Main St. – Adam ALTOBELLI, M/40 of East Rochester, NY was arrested on a BCC Bench Warrant for failing to appear on a previous court date. ALTOBELLI was arraigned in BCC, released under supervision of Genesee Justice and is scheduled to appear in BCC on 9/2/2021.
    
3. Petit Larceny, 7:51 PM, Saturday, August 21, 2021, Maple St. – On 8/22/2021, Officer Post arrested Travon ARMSTRONG, M/36, of Batavia, NY, for Petit Larceny. ARMSTRONG allegedly took a bicycle that did not belong to him. ARMSTRONG was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of 9/7/2021 at 1:00PM to the Batavia City Court.
    
4. Burglary 2^nd Degree; Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree, 8:57 PM, Sunday, August 22, 2021, Walnut St. – On 9/2/2021, Destiny GREEN, F/25, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows an investigation of a larceny that occurred at the protected party’s residence, where GREEN was allegedly found inside. GREEN was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Burns. GREEN was RUS and is scheduled in BCC on 9/16/2021.
    
5. Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 12:00 AM, Tuesday, August 24, 2021, E. Main St. – Amanda HAVENS, F/39, Homeless was arrested on 8/27/2021 on the above listed charges. HAVENS is alleged to have left two children under the age of 7 alone, resulting in the children roaming the streets without supervision, where they were found by patrols near a local business at about 3:30AM. Patrols were not able to locate or contact HAVENS until she turned herself in on 8/27/2021. HAVENS was arraigned in BCC by Judge ROGERS at 11:40AM. HAVENS was ROR’d and is scheduled to return to BCC on 9/16/2021 at 1:30PM.
    
6. Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree, 6:40 AM, Thursday, August 26, 2021, Washington Ave. – On 8/26/2021, Jadeyn GORAS, M/18, of Batavia, NY, was arrested after an investigation which alleged GORAS to have taken a rock and threw it through the rear windshield of a vehicle parked in a private driveway in the City of Batavia. GORAS was also alleged to have taken a stone from a garden and thew it through a window of a door leading into a resident’s home within the city.
    
7. Dog Running At Large, 8:10 AM, Friday, August 27, 2021, Raymond Ave. – David KLOTZBACH, M/41 of Batavia, NY was charged with the above listed Batavia Municipal Code violation after an incident where it was alleged that his dog was running at large. KLOTZBACH was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 9/14/2021.
    
8. Driving While Intoxicated; Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC <.18%; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1^st Degree; Unlicensed Operation; Operating with insufficient Tail Lamps, 9:26 PM, Sunday, August 29, 2021, E. Main St. – On 8/29/2021, Ernest TIBERIO, M/63, of Batavia, NY was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows a traffic stop that occurred after patrol observed a VTL violation on E. Main St. TIBERIO was released on UTT’s and given a copy of the Bill of Particulars and CPL 710.30 form. TIBERIO is scheduled to appear in BCC on 9/14/2021.
    
9. Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol, 11:16 PM, Sunday, August 29, 2021, North St. – On 8/28/2021, Robert GOODWILL, M/28 or Batavia NY, was arrested on the charge of Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol. The charge stems from an incident where GOODWILL was, allegedly, driving erratically from an address on S. Main St. Rd. to UMMC. GOODWILL was processed at BPDHQ, issued UTT’s and released. GOODWILL is due in BCC on 9/14/2021 at 0900HRS.
    
10. Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 5:15 PM, Monday, August 30, 2021, Jackson St. – On 8/31/2021, Kayleen LAIRD, F/25, and Nicholas KINGDOLLAR, M/25, both of Batavia, NY were arrested on the above charge. It is alleged that they failed to adequately supervise a child at a residence on Jackson St., which allowed the child to climb out of a second story window, onto the roof. LAIRD and KINGDOLLAR were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 9/14/2021.
