1. Arrest Warrant, 12:00 AM, Friday, February 19, 2021, W. Main St. – William M. CAPPIELLO, M/62 or Batavia, NY was arrested on 9/15/2021 following the execution of an arrest warrant. CAPPIELLO was arraigned by Judge ROGERS at 1231HRS and was released on his own recognizance to return to Batavia City Court on 9/22/2021 at 1300HRS.
    
2. Endangering the Welfare of a Child less than 17 years old, 10:00 PM, Saturday, August 21, 2021, Batavia, NY. – McKenzie N. O’CONNELL, F/18, of Rochester, NY was arrested on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child following a child abuse investigation conducted by Detective Ivison. O’CONNELL is accused of encouraging/exposing children between the ages of twelve and fifteen to engage in sexual behavior.
    
3. Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree, 11:37 PM, Thursday, September 9, 2021, W. Main St. – On 9/9/2021, at approximately 11:37PM, Winston A. LOCKHART, M/26 of Batavia NY, was arrested after he was found in the presence of the protected party in a stay away order of protection against LOCKHART. LOCKHART was issued an appearance ticket and released. LOCKHART also had an active arrant out of Albion Police Department. LOCKHART was TOT APD.
    
4. Fail to stop at a stop sign; Operate a motor vehicle .08% or more alcohol in blood; Driving While Intoxicated, 2:37 AM, Sunday, September 12, 2021, Otis St. – On 9/12/2021, Rachil J. OLIVER, F/49 of LeRoy NY, was arrested after an investigation into a traffic stop in the City of Batavia. OLIVER was stopped for moving violations and was found to be impaired by alcohol with her BAC .08% or more. OLIVER was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court.
    
5. Owning/Harboring Unlicensed Dog, 10:13 AM, Tuesday, September 14, 2021, S. Swan St. – Marlena M. BURRUS, F/34 of Batavia, NY was arrested for owning/harboring unlicensed dogs on 9/14/2021. It is alleged that BURRUS did not license her four dogs with the City of Batavia that were located in her residence. BURRUS was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Batavia City Court on 10/05/2021 at 1:00 PM.
