1. Operating Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs; Unlicensed Operation; Operating a MV using Portable Electronic Device; Passed Red Signal; Failure to keep right, 7:37 PM, Saturday, March 20, 2021, E Main St. – On 7/31/2021 at approximately 11:17PM, Matthew OPPEL M/34 of E. Main St. Batavia, was arrested for an incident that took place on 3/20/2021. OPPEL was involved in a property damage accident on Main Street in the City of Batavia. After an investigation it is alleged that OPPEL was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and while impaired by drugs. OPPEL was arrested and released with an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on 8/10/2021 at 1:00PM.
    
2. Assault 3^rd Degree, 1:18 AM, Friday, June 4, 2021, N Spruce St. – Aaron J. MCFOLLINS, M/42 of N. Spruce St. Batavia, was arrested on 8/6/2021 on the above listed charge following a domestic incident that occurred on 6/4/2021. MCFOLLINS is alleged to have thrown a chair at a female causing physical injury. MCFOLLINS was arraigned in BCC at 2:06 PM by Judge BURNS, and ROR’d. MCFOLLINS is scheduled to return to BCC on 9/2/2021 at 1:30 PM.
    
3. Grand Larceny 4^th; Identity Theft 3^rd; Petit Larceny, 9:00 PM, Tuesday, July 27, 2021, N. Spruce St. – Aaron J. MCFOLLILNS, M/42 of N. Spruce St. Batavia, was arrested on 8/6/2021 for the above listed charges. MCFOLLINS is alleged to have taken and used a credit card without the owner’s permission. MCFOLLINS was arraigned in BCC at 2:06 PM by Judge BURNS, and ROR’d. MCFOLLINS is scheduled to return to BCC on 9/2/2021 at 1:30 PM.

Driving While Intoxicated; Unlicensed Operation; Operate out of restrictions; Operate without ignition interlock device; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (AUO) 1^st, 11:46 PM, Saturday, August 7, 2021, Oak St. – On 8/8/2021, Larry KENNEDY, M/43 of Eastbrooke Ln., Greece was arrested for driving while intoxicated with 2 previous convictions within the past 10 years after an investigation into a suspicious condition complaint. KENNEDY was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance.
    
5. Harassment 2^nd, 1:08 PM, Sunday, August 8, 2021, Chandler Ave. – Laura R. MROZ, F/32 of Chandler Ave. Batavia, was arrested on 8/8/2021 on the above listed charge. MROZ is alleged to have shoved another individual on 8/7/2021. MROZ was issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 8/17/2021 at 1:00 PM, and released.
