ARREST:

1. Criminal Trespass 3^rd Degree; Criminal Contempt 2^nd, 3:44 AM, Monday, June 14, 2021, Highland Park – On 6/15/2021, Brandon DODD, M/34, was arrested after an investigation which alleged DODD to have violated a stay away order of protection by being present on the protected party’s property and entering a secured garage. DODD was arraigned in City Court and held with bail set at $2,500 A, $5,000 B, and $7,500 E.
2. Petit Larceny, 1:08 AM, Tuesday, June 22, 2021, Highland Park – On 6/26/2021, Brandon DODD, M/34, was arrested for Petit Larceny. It’s alleged that he stole a bicycle from a residence on Highland Park. DODD was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 7/6/2021.
3. Petit Larceny, 8:23 PM, Wednesday, June 23, 2021, Lewiston Rd – On 6/26/2021, Officer POST arrested Brandon DODD, M/34, following an incident that occurred a few days prior where DODD allegedly stole alcoholic beverages from a local business. DODD was issued an appearance ticket to Batavia City Court with a return court date of 7/6/2021 at 1300HRS.
4. Burglary 2^nd Degree; Criminal Contempt 1^st Degree, 10:07 PM, Tuesday, June 29, 2021, Highland Park – On 6/29/2021, at 10:24 PM, Brandon DODD M/34, was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident where DODD was alleged to have violated a stay away order of protection by being present in home of the protected parties while they were inside of the residence. DODD was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held with bail set at $10,000 A, $20,000 B, and $40,000 E.
5. Bench Warrant, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 22, 2020, W. Main St. – On 6/25/2021, Sabrena RANDALL, F/45, was arrested on City of Batavia Bench Warrant #2021-00067. RANDALL was arraigned in Batavia City Court in front of Judge Rogers and held on $1,000 cash, $2,000 bond, $5,000 partially secured. RANDALL is scheduled to return to court on 7/26/2021.
6. Bench Warrant, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 22, 2020, W. Main St. – On 6/25/2021, Sabrena RANDALL, F/45, was arrested on City of Batavia Bench Warrant #2021-00083. RANDALL was arraigned in Batavia City Court in front of Judge Rogers and held on $1,000 cash, $2,000 bond, $5,000 partially secured. RANDALL is scheduled to return to court on 7/26/2021.
7. Criminal Trespass 2^nd Degree, 5:11 PM, Wednesday, June, 23, 2021, Linwood Ave. – On 6/23/2021, Phillip HEALE, M/42, was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that he illegally entered a vacant residence on Linwood Ave. Heale was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 7/6/2021.
8. Rape 1^st Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Strangulation 2^nd Degree, 12:18 AM, Monday, June 28, 2021, Hutchins Pl. – On June 28^th, 2021 at about 12:34 AM, Jason ARMSTRONG, M/48, was arrested on 2 counts of Rape 1^st, 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and 1 count of Strangulation 2^nd Degree following an investigation into an incident that occurred on Hutchins Pl, where ARMSTRONG allegedly forcibly raped someone in front of their children. ARMSTRONG was arraigned on June 28^th, 2021 at 9:45 AM in Batavia City Court by Judge Rogers, and held without bail.
9. Bench Warrant, 5:37 AM, Monday, January 26, 2020, Central Ave. – On 6/29/2021, Wendy HENRY, F/36, was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Batavia City Court after HENRY was alleged to have failed to appear in court as required. HENRY was released with an appearance ticket to appear on July 14^th, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
10. Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree, 4:00 PM, Sunday June 27, 2021, N. Spruce St. – On 6/27/2021, at 4:00 PM, Thomas TACITO, M/61, was arrested for criminal contempt in the second degree following a verbal dispute. The victim, who has a full stay away order of protection against TACITO, alleged that TACITO engaged in a verbal argument with him. TACITO was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Batavia City Court on 7/13/2021 at 1:00 PM.
11. Criminal Mischief 3^rd Degree; Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Menacing 3^rd Degree; Harassment 2^nd Degree, 11:41 PM, Wednesday, June 23, 2021, Hutchins St. – On 6/24/2021, Batavia Police arrested Donovan JOHNSON after responding to a Hutchins St. address for the report of a domestic incident. JOHNSON was alleged to have caused damage to the walls and some property belonging to the victim, in the presence of 4 individuals under the age of 18. JOHNSON was held at the Genesee County Jail until his arraignment in Batavia City Court at 11:01 AM by Judge BURNS. JOHNSON was ROR’d with a return date of 8/19/2021 at 1:30 PM.
12. Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3^rd Degree (AUO 3^rd), 9:58 PM, Wednesday, November 22, 2017, Clinton St. – Stephanie PETERSON, F/43, was arrested and issued an appearance ticket on the charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3^rd Degree. PETERSON is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court for arraignment in front of Judge ROGERS on 7/21/2021 at 0900 HRS.
13. Assault 2^nd Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd Degree; Menacing 2^nd Degree, 3:00 AM, Thursday, June 24, 2021, Maple St. – On 6/26/2021, Melton CHISOM, M/46, was arrested on charges of Assault 2^nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd Degree, and Menacing 2^nd Degree. Charges stem from an incident on 6/24/2021 where CHISOM, allegedly, engaged in a physical altercation with another person and held a knife to the victim’s face causing injury which required stitches. CHISOM was processed at BPD, arraigned before Judge ROGERS in Batavia City Court and held in Genesee County Jail on no bail. CHISOM is due back in Batavia City Court on 7/21/2021 at 1400HRS.
14. Driving While intoxicated; Driving While Intoxicated – BAC >.08%; Speed in Zone; Open Container of alcohol in vehicle, 8:17 PM, Monday, June 28, 2021, Bogue Ave. – On 6/28/2021 at about 8:57 PM, Reanne REED, F/26, was arrested on the included charges following a traffic stop on Bogue Ave. REED allegedly was speeding and found to be operating her vehicle while intoxicated. REED was released on UTT’s, and is due to appear in BCC on July 13, 2021 at 1:00PM.
15. Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Wood St. – On 6/25/2021, Dawn ORLANDO, F/51, was arrested for the above listed charges. ORLANDO allegedly obstructed the breathing of a person less than 17 years old by putting pressure on the person’s neck. ORLANDO was arraigned before Judge ROGERS of Batavia City Court and released on her own recognizance. ORLANDO was directed to appear before Batavia City Court on 8/5/2021 at 2:30 PM.
16. Arrest Warrant, 1:16 PM, Sunday, May 16, 2021, E. Main St. – On 7/1/2021, Michael JACKSON Jr. M/40, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Batavia City Court. JACKSON had previously been issued an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny, and allegedly failed to appear in court. JACKSON was arraigned in Batavia City Court, held on $100 bail and is to appear on 7/29/2021 at 1:30 PM.
17. Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5^th Degree, 10:30 AM, Sunday, April 4^th, 2021, East Ave. - Christopher WIEGMAN, M/32, turned himself into BPD on two arrest warrants charging 4 counts of Criminal Possession of a Control Substance 7^th degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5^th degree stemming from a traffic stop in April of 2021. He was arraigned in front of Judge ROGERs and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail pending his next court appearance on 8/5/2021.
