1. Bench Warrant, 5:52 AM, Sunday, September 22, 2019, Jackson St. – On 6/9/2021, Officer POST arrested Jacob HERNANDEZ, M/26, on an active bench warrant out of Batavia City Court. HERNANDEZ was arraigned in front of Judge BURNS of the BCC who released HERNANDEZ on his own recognizance. HERNANDEZ is scheduled to appear back in BCC on 6/17/2021 at 1330HRS.
     
2. Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 6:37 PM, Thursday, May 13, 2021, Lewis Pl. – On 6/12/2021, Nicole R GRIFFIN, F/39, was arrested on the above listed charge. It’s alleged that GRIFFIN allowed three children to engage in a physical fight with another person on May 13, 2021. GRIFFIN was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 6/22/2021.
    
3. Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 6:37 PM, Thursday, May 13, 2021, Lewis Pl. – On 6/11/2021, Christopher P THOMAS, M/37 was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that THOMAS allowed three children to engage in a physical fight with another person on May 13th, 2021. THOMAS was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 6/22/2021.
    
4. Petit Larceny, 6:00 PM, Tuesday, June 1, 2021, Kingsbury Ave. – On 6/15/2021, Brandon CRAWFORD, M/19, was arrested on the charge of petit larceny. CRAWFORD, allegedly took a sum of money from a residence that he was “house sitting” at while the family was on vacation. CRAWFORD was processed, issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 7/6/2021 at 1300HRS and released.
    
5. Arrest Warrant, 9:00 AM, Wednesday, June 2, 2021, W. Main St. – On 5/12/2-21, Heather HOLBROOK, F/36, was arrested on a Batavia City Court arrest warrant after HOLBROOK failed to appear in Batavia City Court for an incident that took place on 1/14/2021. HOLBROOK was released and issued an appearance ticket.
    
6. Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 5:52 PM, Tuesday, June 8, 2021, N. Lyon St. – Tierance J DAVIS SR, M/34 was arrested on the above listed charge following a physical altercation with a juvenile female. DAVIS SR was arraigned in BCC and released on his own recognizance by Judge ROGERS. DAVIS SR is scheduled to appear in BCC on 7/15/21 at 1530 HRS.
    
7. Bench Warrant, 8:30 PM, Wednesday, June 9, 2021, 99 Jackson St. – On 6/9/2021, Officer POST arrested Jacob HERNANDEZ, M/26, on an active bench warrant out of Batavia City Court. HERNANDEZ was arraigned in front of Judge BURNS of the BCC who released HERNANDEZ on his own recognizance. HERNANDEZ is scheduled to appear back in BCC on 6/17/2021 at 1330 HRS.
    
8. Harassment 2^nd Degree, 9:24 PM, Thursday, June 10, 2021, W. Main St. – On 6/11/2021, Officer POST arrested Danielle WELDON, F/19, for Harassment in the Second Degree following an incident at a local restaurant that occurred on 6/10/2021. WELDON was issued an appearance ticket and released with a return court date of 6/15/2021 at 1300 HRS.
    
9. Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree; Resisting Arrest, 11:30 PM, Friday, June 11, 2021, W. Main St. Rd. – On 6/17/2021, Shawn P WOLCOTT, M/38, was arrested on the above charges. It’s alleged that he violated a stay-away order of protection, by coming to the protected party’s residence. WOLCOTT then allegedly resisted arrest when Officers attempted to take him into custody. WOLCOTT was arraigned by Judge BURNS and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is due back in court on 7/1/2021.
    
10. Harassment 2^nd Degree, 3:37 PM, Saturday, June 12, 2021, Chandler Ave. – On 6/12/2021, Officer POST arrested Angie MANIACI, F/39, for Harassment in the 2nd Degree. MANIACI allegedly struck another person after a short argument. MANIACI was given an appearance ticket and released with a return court date of 6/22/2021 at 1300 HRS to Batavia City Court.
     
11. Driving While Intoxicated - >.08 BAC %; Driving While Intoxicated Common Law; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1^st Degree; Operating without Interlock Device; Operating without a License, 1:51 AM, Sunday, June 13, 2021, Hutchins St. – On 6/13/2021, Robert WILLIAMS JR, M/30, was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows a traffic stop after patrol observed traffic violations and WILLIAMS allegedly was found to be operating his motor vehicle while being intoxicated. WILLIAMS was released on UTT’s and is scheduled to return to BCC on 6/22/2021.
