1. Criminal Contempt 1^st, 12:54 AM, Tuesday, May 11, 2021, E. Main St. – Justin THAGARD, M/32, On 5/11/2021 at approximately 12:54am, Justin THAGARD was arrested after an investigation that THAGARD allegedly violated an order of protection where he was present in the vehicle with the protected party during a traffic stop. THARGARD was arraigned in City Court by Judge ROGERS and held with bail set at $2,500 A, $5,000 B, and $10,000 E.
     
2. Criminal Contempt 2nd, 5:10 PM, Sunday, May 16, 2021, Hutchins St. – On May 16th, 2021 Eladio A WATTLES, M/23, was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged the WATTLES violated an order of protection when he was found sitting in a vehicle, whit the protected party. He was arraigned by Judge ROGERS and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is due back in court on 6/24/2021.
    
3. Disseminating indecent material to minor’s 2nd; Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 1:00 AM, Monday, April 5, 2021, State St. – Emonie R. SCHICHLER F/18, was arrested on 5/17/2021 at 10:40 AM, on the above listed charges. It is alleged that SCHICHLER sent sexually explicit photos to a minor over a period of time. SCHICHLER was arraigned in BCC via skype by Judge ROGERS at 11:08 AM. SCHICHLER was ROR’d. SCHICHLER is scheduled to return to BCC on 6/24/2021 at 3:30 PM.
    
4. Harassment 2nd, 5:48 PM, Sunday, May 9, 2021, Liberty St. – On 5/9/2021, Daniel J DIFRANCESCO, M/39, was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that DIRFANCESCO verbally threatened to kill another person while banging on their window with a hockey stick. DIFRANCESCO was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/18/2021.
    
5. Petit Larceny, 9:00 PM, Thursday, April 8, 2021, W. Main St. – On 5/19/2021, Adam T SHIPWASH, M/41, was arrested on an arrest warrant, for petit larceny. It’s alleged that SHIPWASH stole money from another person on West Main St on April 8th, 2021. SHIPWASH was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on June 17th, 2021.
    
6. Arrest Warrant, 12:00 PM, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, W. Main St. – On 5/19/2021, Adam T SHIPWASH, M/41, was arrested on an arrest warrant. It’s alleged that SHIPWASH failed to appear in court, after being issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket, on July 17th, 2020. SHIPWASH was arraigned in Batavia City Court, by Judge BURNS and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on June 17th, 2021.
    
7. Criminal Contempt 1st, 3:50 PM, Wednesday, May 19, 2021, Wood St. – On 5/19/2021 Officer POST arrested Robert WOOD, M/30, for criminal contempt in the first degree. WOOD allegedly had contact with a female who has an active stay away order of protection against him. WOOD was arraigned in front of Judge BURNS of BCC. Judge BURNS remanded WOOD to the GC Jail without bail. WOOD is scheduled to return to BCC on 5/20/2021 at 1330 hours.
    
8. Burglary 2^nd Degree; Criminal Contempt 1st, 8:57 PM, Wednesday, May 19, 2021, Dellinger Ave. – On 5/19/2021, Darren AYRHART, M/52, was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows a domestic incident on Dellinger Ave., where AYRHART allegedly violated a Stay Away OOP inside a residence. AYRHART was arraigned in BCC by Judge BURNS. AYRHART is held at the GCJ, scheduled in BCC on 5/27/2021.
    
9.  Petit Larceny, 1:16 PM, Sunday, May 16, 2021, E Main St. – On Sunday, May 16th, 2021 at or about 1:36 PM, Michael L. JACKSON JR M/40 was arrested on the above listed charge. It is alleged that JACKSON stole merchandise from a local grocery store. JACKSON was still present in the store parking lot upon the arrival of a BPD Officer. JACKSON was taken into custody without incident, and released on an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 5/25/2021 at 1:00 PM.
